IOCOM Visual Business Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The image offered by this program is very good, and the audio is also excellent, with these two things and the software hardly lagging, it makes it very efficient. It is an excellent tool for holding a meeting with a client anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software interface seems like it should be updated, made more current, that would make the program more attractive to the user. It works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program is very effective when it comes to holding conferences for negotiations, it allows you to be face to face with the client and thus I can provide my help efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IOCOM Visual Business Platform will make it easier for you to conduct negotiations by doing it through video call, you will save time, it is safe and also easy to use.
An intersting program
What do you like best about the product?
When I compare IOCOM to other products that we have used in the office, its hands down a much better program. The audio and visual are much more crisp and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little, old school. They could take some resources and give it an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the next best thing to actual face to face meeting. We can use the program to make our business dealing a little bit more personal when we are not able too meet people at their location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have clients who are not close to you , get IOCOM

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the picture and the audio is better than their other competitors and it doesn't lag. My business people love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, I can deal with it but I would love them to change the interface and make it more new school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a Nigerian, most people don't trust me so they want to see me face to face. Since I can't travel, I need to have a face to face interaction with them and this software is what I use.
Audio & Video
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable! The picture and audio is much better than you would get using Skype or another free video conferencing program. The picture is seriously good, it doesn't lag much. It's all you can ask for when you need to have a meeting with a client across the world. I don't want to appear unprofessional to my client because of improper technology!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface seems dull and outdated but I can live with that because it provides good quality audio/video streaming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face to Face meeting is very important when closing business deals and with this technology we are able to make a more personal connection to our client. A more personal connection helps closing a deal.
