The tool provides a reliable mechanism of video connectivity for patient monitoring. The patients have been getting extra attention after the advent of this tool. The health care professionals and patients induce a special rapport on the video connection. Virtual consultations via this tool have been quite encouraging. Accessibility provided to the people across the globe virtually is the core attraction of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Primarily applicable for health services alone. The tool focuses on only video aspects as the foremost priority. This tool cannot be commercialized for routine video conferences as it's not meant for it. In future, with some transformation, if it's customized to cater to commercial usage, it would be a huge value add.

The global attention needed for healthcare and social services has grown upon the introduction of the tool. My coworkers and ex-colleagues living in the city of London have experienced it personally. The treatments and personal monitoring of the health conditions have been phenomenal with visonable global.

Go for this tool if you or your confidants want to have health monitoring and control virtually. Go for an alternate choice if your organization is looking for a video conferencing tool for routine conventional meet. Also, the tool is being levereged for long term COVID treatments.

Your interactions are interrupted by a programming error, which interferes with the screen resolution, where some interactive processes may be seen in low quality, even when the user performs an action to improve the quality of communication, the system does not respond quickly and effectively in relation to the methods used to formalize a better level of interaction rate, therefore, a solution system must be implemented for the global visionary program.

This platform, designed to meet the communication needs focused on the clinical part, provides the client with an innovative communication program linked to health teams, where for my company it was completely pleasant, because its system always supports and protects your health, interacting clearly with my employees about any health issues, monitoring their physical and health conditions, making my users feel completely at ease with their body and mind.

What do you like best about the product?
IOCOM Visual Business Platform is intuitive and simple to use. This not only makes it efficient for you, but also insures that people on the other end of your web meetings or calls feel comfortable...even if they've never used IOCOM Visual Business Platform before! The call and screen sharing quality is excellent. It also offers some great features, like built-in chat, passing the presenter role, keyboard and mouse control sharing, and the ability to manage sharing multiple screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish wish you could play videos with sound effectively. It would also be nice if it took less CPU bandwidth to use IOCOM Visual Business Platform. It's possible that it's a problem with my computer, but it always slows down when I'm using more than one application on my computer, and I have to change the way I present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite some connectivity issues, the benefits outweigh those issues as they are becoming more rare. This product is used on a daily basis, so demonstrates how much our office finds it a valuable tool. Speaking of tools, the features are a big plus, such as being able to share desktops easily. All the navigational tools are easy to use. For a company like ours, which has many remote users, this is an indispensable product.

An easy and efficient service with better management tools for video meetings/conferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's way to slow as compared to it's predecessors, would not recommend.

Used this platform before zoom and Skype and it's perfectly safe to say that it's slow and lags behind in performance rest assured the UI is very good and easy.

If you want something fast and smooth I would highly recommend to try out this, it's easy and works great.
