What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to assign cybersecurity curriculum to our team, especially in terms of scheduling and following up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos and tests are pretty straightforward, not so much teaching as they are describing almost obvious security procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows our organization to seamlessly complete our cybersecurity requirements and over-saturate our team with tools to prevent cybersecurity threats.

lot of useless content which one can not utilise

not very encouraging feedback from user community. very limited content access on my subscription. There is hardly any variation avaailable. There is NO support/QBR with OEM for feedback. No feedback is taken and improvised. Even peer in the market have same feedback about the product

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing content is good and the machnery seems robust. You can set it up and leave running on the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product management seems to have disconnected from users and offering. The company announced having phishing metrics available for users themselves - but only if you have learning licenses bought as well. Of course this was not communicated within the company, sales or to paying customers. For a customer who has already a different and better LMS in place, no reason to start paying for extra. I could think phishing metrics and phishing license woould go together...

The ease of setting up phishing and training campaignsm
What do you dislike about the product?
User management is based on a unique username and not a SID. Causes issues with new onboarding staff receiving old training information for an exited employee with same user names. The reporting schedules lacks subject line configuration and attaching the reports to the email notifications. Working with the API to accomplish this instead is tedious.

easy to set up campaigns. It's pretty reliable in sending out training emails.

The training material and method seem dated. They don't align well with the categories for the SAPA.

What do you like best about the product?
All the support and follow-up of the training provided by KnowBe4's technicians and employees

The first time is not very easy to use and the translations of the training is not so good.

reduces us the work of all the trainings we send, and at a glance we can see the results of all of them. We were not able to carry out this type of training in-house before.

Fairly easy to use. Good range of topics.

Many separate sessions are repetitive, not just content/message but exact same video/script. Too many sales contacts not enough training or user support

Allows us to have a training program, reports, history and analytics to meet security requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
the content and user experience are great, i just wish the users were more proactive about completing the assigned tasks. the options presented when setting up a campaign are great, although the endless lists of near identical options needs to be better filtered.

the admin console is not intuitive at all, things buried everywhere and needlessly over categorized.
setup was also an awful experience, but that shouldnt be too surprising being that you're settings things up to allow emails that appear as spam.

this is adding awareness to our users, and allowing them the tools to submit potentially fraudulent emails for review.
