Excellent tool for helping your users learn about Phishing Attacks
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set it and then forget it, it runs on its own. I also have been able to sign up for the Scam of the Week for our users. The Phish Alert program for Outlook is great as well, it gives the users a way to submit an email that they feel is a Phishing scam.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it takes time to get things setup, but they have that covered. They have agents that will work with you to help you get your Phishing tests setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training Users, and allowing me to do other things because the system is working for me.

Give it a test see if it meets your needs, I think you will be surprised at how well it works.

What do you like best about the product?
Products are innovative, current, and effective. They stay on top of the ever-changing, cyber security threat landscape. It's easy to administer and justify the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it. They constantly strive to improve their product so usually any "wish list" feature I might want, gets added or remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced our "clickers" rate by 50% in the first 6 months of use and we have vastly improved our risk score. Our employees are more aware of phishing attempts thanks to the diverse training modules. Employee cooperation using the PhishAlert button has helped us prevent thousands of threats from even entering our environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a close look at this product and see the direction the company is heading. Since I've been using it for a little over a year, KnowBe4 has introduced two new products that accompany it. They listen to their customers and get the job done. One of the best investments my company made!
KnowBe4 Is A Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 has plenty of products based around security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about KnowBe4 is the time on some of the training modules. Some modules are too long for remedial training while others are the right length for annual training concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving with KnowBe4 is the lack of user awareness. End users are our first line of defense. With KnowBe4, we have improved our security risk scores and increased user awareness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many tools to consider with KnowBe4. They offer security awareness training for end users. They have a wide range of products tailored to phishing and vishing attacks. And they also many tools geared towards testing network vulnerability.
Excellent education
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it trains our users in best practices. It raises the awareness. And our users are much, much less likely to click on links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of value is truly free. I might wish that it would slightly cheaper, but the value is there 100%. It is easily worth what you pay for. And I wouldn't want to do without the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our end users are concerned and aware of cyber security. It's a team effort and a constant conversation. I feel much more comfortable with our security now.

Get it. The price is cheap compared to the risk mitigation that it offers.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of contents, well built platform, easy to manage. Also the fact that KnowBe4 is generous, they're not afraid to implement something new and make it available right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
More multi languages training would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to push already well crafted security trainings in a matter of minutes is a time saver. Main benefits is that our users are now more aware of many forms of attack, they are also more vigilant with emails and attachments. A certain peace of mind since we can follow training progression and target specific users with proper training.

Best in Class Security Awareness Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to create an automated testing and training program. Our users are automatically registered and put into related groups based on their AD users information. This makes reporting and targeting training much easier and automated. We also use the Phish Alert Button to allow users to report suspicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have experienced. The product has delivered on all our requirements as a security awareness platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User education and awareness of security threats in today's world.
Easiest and Quickest Product to Educate Employees
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this product for about 3 years now and what we like best is how much our employees enjoy using the training's and have found them so helpful not only in their work life but also personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really hard to come up with a dislike but the one thing we have noticed that has been annoying is that some tests phish emails people get and do not click have accidentally been tracked like they did click on the link or attachment. That is hard to explain to the end user when they took the right steps and did not click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been hands down a life saver for us. Users are so much more aware and attentive to things that are going on around them. This has made them over cautious which I will take 100 times over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely a product that you have to put in the mix when looking at this type of product. They have been around a long time in this field and offer a great product. We have only used them but they have not given us a reason to switch.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has the most comprehensive set of options available for a SAT software. The PhishAlert button that end users can use to report a potentially malicious email is icing on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything I dislike about the software (using for about 6 months).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has helped bring security awareness to our company. End users are getting much smarter about what they click on

If you compare on price and features, KnowBe4 will win on both. This is a leading edge Security Awareness Training program. The account manager will walk you through the process and make sure that you are on the right track to an effective deployment the entire time. HIGHLY recommend this comopany.

Best Online Corporate Security Training and Testing Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Online access from anywhere. Up to date training and daily/weekly newsletters. Easy to use campaign setup for phishing, vishing, etc. testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about what is offered. If anything maybe a future standalone desktop application for administrators but the online portal is well done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of employee's not paying attention to incoming email and attachments. Through the training we have offered we are identifying areas/employee's that need further training. Additionally this is helping update other systems to avoid ransomware and spam.
