Top Notch User Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a checklist to help onboard and introduce you to the platform. This checklist helps guide you throughout the process and links to their many training guides and helpdesk documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "downside" I've found to their system is it is highly focused on Office 365 whereas we use GSuite internally it would be helpful to get additional advanced tooling for GSuite. I know this may not be in KnowBe4's control as they are at the mercy of Google on this one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the user awareness training and keeping our employees up to date on the most recent social engineering attacks, phishing tactics and prevention training as well as assessing our businesses vulnerability to phishing and social engineering attacks.
Excellent Sales and Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
Kyle Yager (Sales) and Michael Mitchell (Customer Success Manager) have been terrific... going "above and beyond" in my opinion. Kyle worked with us to give us the best possible deal - above what we could have expected. Mike has been instrumental in assisting with the roll out of the product. I couldn't ask for better partners. The service/product is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I mean it... nothing. This field will not let me move forward with one word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Education of internal staff on cyber crime, cyber criminals and the security landscape.
KnowBe4 - The way to go in Security Awarness Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a well thought out and fully integrated plan for helping us train our employees in Security awareness. The whole package deal is easy to follow and launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing yet that I truly dislike. There are a couple of things that could use a bit of ironing out, but suspect that they will be eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are 3/4 of a year into using KnowBe4 to phish our employees, and using the Phish Alert button. The results are measurably great. We are below the industry average of Phish Prone Percentage, and our employees are learning how to better recognize phishing attempts on our company.
The next step is to initiate monthly training programs. I have selected the Restricted Intelligence series to start this off. The first run is nest week, so am looking forward to any feedback we may get.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't know of any other company that offers what KnowBe4 does. They are the top of the heap, and are an enjoyable bunch of people to work with. They are constantly making their offerings better, and ease of use is excellent. I highly recommend KnowBe4 as the Security Training platform for any company that is looking to help ensure their survival into the future.

The ability to automate testing and training was important because it frees up my time as IT Manager

Some configuration for AD sync could be better but it works

We are educating our employees. Most were unaware the effect phishing could have on a business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set it up so it runs itself with minimal interaction from an administrator. It was also very easy to set up and our KnowBe4 consultant did a great job helping me set up and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there has not been anything I ran into that I do not like. The software interface is easy to use and intuitive and the content available for the training is very comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting better at not clicking on phishing emails. We are also meeting some criteria needed to meet the CMMC certification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend starting with the security awareness training and going with PhishER if you want to automate the entire process.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training allows you to consistently drive home the things that all employees need to put in practice every day. It gives you the ability to put those items in the forefront at any time you would like. You can then put their knowledge to the test with the phishing campaigns that are also included in the program. There are a range of topics beyond phishing as well. All of these topics have been relevant to keeping the employees and the company safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything to dislike about this program. All aspects have been delivered without issue and exactly as promised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has given us the ability to really train our employees on the difference between spam and phishing and just how costly phishing attacks can be to a company. We have given them the ability to report these in a safe and effective manner. This also empowers the employees to feel confident that they are doing the right thing each and every day. We were also able to use the training to emphasize the need and significance of strong passwords. The training allowed us to show the importance of these strong passwords for not only their business accounts, but also their personal accounts. Any time you can show these benefits instead of just mandating them, you are more likely to get the acceptance of your employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this training to any sized company. The ability to train and test your employees knowledge about keeping your company safe is a valuable resource to everyone. The ability to automate this training and testing also keeps your IT team free to focus on improving other aspects of your business.
Very happy with the KnowBe4 onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of the onboarding process is the tight relationship with my customer success representative. He has been available and very helpful in all phases of setting up and implementing training campaigns, as well as customizing the KnowBe4 environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm relatively new to the product; however, I can say that the ASAP list was overwhelming and the timeline it sets feels very short. I have since come to terms with it and am not worrying too much about the deadlines as much as just completing the tasks as I can. The only other thing I've disliked is that, as the Covid-19 crisis hit us and we were suddenly forced as an organization into a mandatory telework situation, most of the telework security trainings and information were only available at the Diamond level in the Modstore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and monitoring training campaigns is easy. Full stop. I have easy access to the campaign progress and am able to produce instant information to my executive staff as needed.

Some of the workflows can be a little confusing at first, but work well once you have the hang of it

Automated security awareness training on a regular basis, phishing assessment automation, generating risk metrics for our org.

Great tool for phishing campaign, a variety of templates, language and landing page ! I also like the fact that all the content is very customizable

Not much, I would like to see their new AI tool coming live soon as it is very exciting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very poor awareness in cybersecurity and phishing emails, and there's not anything better than a dry run
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Roll it out to the whole company, not by beta phase. Also use the random email feature and the timing delay as people in the same team will talk if they receive the same email.
Has been a great experience for our company. The setup was easy and the employees are amazing.

I love the tools but the customer service is the best.

The only downside I see is that too many of our users report their phishing emails. This gets tedious for me to manage.

Our employee education problem. Now all of our employees are trained and aware of cyber security and phishing.
