Great tools and partner
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 dedicated success manager assigned to coach you through best practices. They help brainstorm ideas and really understand the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the courses don’t perfectly align with our process. We have to be careful to pre-screen content to be sure it fits us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users were very naive regarding phishing emails. This training and ongoing testing process has significantly raised awareness and improved our testing scores. It’s working!!

Even the Know-it-Alls have learned and are helping others in the organization to recognize Phishing emails

There is nothing that I dislike about implementing KnowBe4 into our organization

People are now asking about links and scams before clicking

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part are all the phishing email templates. Most are great right out of the box although I occasionally tweak one or two to make it more relevant to what's going on in my company. The training modules are the bomb, too. Since we've started using their service, the failure rate on my phishing tests has reduced dramatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of modifying an existing template and saving it to an area where you can utilize it is a bit clunky, but it's just a minor annoyance and once you've done it one or two times it becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. People blindly clicking on everything that comes into their inbox.
2. We've created an environment where our end users have a healthy amount of paranoia. They know enough to seek out the red flags on anything that pops into their inboxc that they're not expecting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
To be honestr, this is the only company I have used for security training, but I couldn't think of anything a competitor could offer to make me switch.
KnowBe4 has been pleasant to work with and good cyber security partner.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything was very easy to set up and that it automatically runs through campaigns and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are teaching our users to always think before clicking or replying. We've been reducing the amount of fraud attacks our company has been vulnerable to.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of options and how much you can detail. And on top of it there is an option to get all users trained and when you get HR involved you can make it mandatory. After the first round of tests with all the users we had a failing rate of 68%. Yes 68%.... that is when you have those clickers in the company who don't care. We did a second round to figure out if it was a fluke and had 56% fail........ After a mandatory training with HR involved everyone started to understand and we went down to 16%. What was in my eyes still too much. Did more individual training and then did another test and went down to 7%..... we are striving for the 0%.... but that will never happen I think......
What do you dislike about the product?
The report are a huge and sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for. If there was a menu option to go directly to what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of the standard clickers. The people who click on everything what comes in front of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have those random clickers in your organization and you are constantly fighting with spam/virus or phishing data then it is time to train your company. It is remarkable to see what kind of improvement you will get after the first round of test and creating a custom training towards it.
And if you feel that there is still certain people that don't get it you can do some personal training.

Easy to Use and Comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
The admin portal is well laid out and it's very quick and easy to get a training/phishing campaign up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more diverse training content at the paid subscription level. Having to pay for additional content doesn't sit well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is a massive problem solver. Gaining visibility into our user base and organization has been crucial for decision making.
This platform has helped out company say safe immensely.

I like the fact that I have an account manager that keeps is regular contact with me.

I cant think of anything I dislike at the moment.

We have a lot of phishing emails and KnowBe4 has really helped our staff stay on top of them and not clicking on them.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup campaigns that dynamically update with current information, as well active directory integration. Good training content. Love the customer support, as they proactively reach out often giving recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was a better way to organize/tag selected Training modules. Once selected in Modstore, the list gets big and it is difficult to know which modules to select when creating campaigns.

Great Program! Easy to automate!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is super easy to automate and the phishing email templates are great. I can send out a collection of the best templates and really test out my coworker's knowledge of phishing emails. It has helped them to be more cautious about what they're doing every day when they're opening emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can complain about at all is some of the training sessions. Some of them get a little repetitive and I wish there were more updated versions of them sometimes. They still come out pretty frequently so I can't complain too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, some of our salesmen or our other corporate positions have been compromised. We never ran into a ransomware attack but there were times when an email would be compromised, and that email would send out another compromising email to all of that persons contacts. Since we have started the program, our employees are way more cautious about opening sketchy emails and a lot of them will double check with me first.

Try the demo first and if you like it, use it! It's great!
Excellent Service - More than I Expected
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support getting started and good content. Their support staff has been completely helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. Would be nice if I could assign a whole season of something like Inside Man instead of having to assign every episode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General security awareness for our office. Staff certainly is much more careful about phishing emails after the phishing training and simulations.
