What do you like best about the product?
Baseline data comparison to market. Different types of phishing test tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
How admin need to find their way around the configuration is difficult. Customer support needs to be uk based time to increase response times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increasing general awareness and making users better at phishing spotting.

What do you like best about the product?
Defined trainings with a lot of material to custom select and assign trainings/ campaings
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generation could improve with time, as it has some identified bugs from KB4 side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is educating my employees on security best practices and increasing thier awareness on how they precieve Information Secruity.

What do you like best about the product?
Phishing test, tracking of training and ability to assign policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email alerts - you basically have to create HTML code to let users know that this is an internal system. i.e. It is way too hard to brand these email messages - KnowBe4 wants my users to know this is from KnowBe4 and not an internal project.

Also, the multi-language option is always available - I have users that speak Italian and Chinese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training, metics, phishing test, mobile version.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation for testing.
Ability to post and record polices given to employees
Media is well produced and often entertaining
What do you dislike about the product?
The best material is behind the highest paywall. Even with Platinum, I feel as the selection pool for usable training modules is too shallow. I run quarterly tests and have a hard time finding modules I can use to fill a 20-25 minute training session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Phishing awareness has vastly improved and the Phish Alert Button has been very valuable to both users and administration.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform just works, with amazing customer support and a dedicated knowledge base. You couldn't ask for more from a company like KnowBe4
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a great potential but has a number of bugs and would benefit from a user-centered testing and QA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates all of our training with the ability to add custom branding, training and customisation to our requirements. This alleviates a great percentage of work

What do you dislike about the product?
- In order for an upgrade/feature request to be implemented, it must be requested and voted on by a large number of customers in the community support forum. No one can tell if a feature request will be implemented, give an ETA, or even be considered for inclusion on the roadmap.
- There is no built-in SCORM capabilities in order to create trainings or at least quizzes.
- When adding multiple campaigns in which there are multiple trainings, it is difficult for a user to differentiate which training is for which campaign because the user cannot select the campaign first to see what training courses are assigned to the specific campaign under the training tab.
- The training tab should include the option to display the administrator-configured sorting order.
- When there are multiple campaigns, there is no sorting option or ability to view trainings per campaign in the library section, making things much more complicated for users who have multiple campaigns assigned.
- No option to view policies in a list form rather than an icon view, which becomes a bit cluttered.
- When sending email notifications for training campaigns, there is no option to view a report on which emails bounced; instead, someone must check each user individually to see if an email bounced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sharing any training to all employees and notify them and their managers automatically. Also the provisioning capability and sync with the AD its a very important aspect on managing our users.

What do you like best about the product?
The varied amount of content in the modstore, the ability to customize our phishing campaigns based on metrics gathered from the tool, and the relatively simple way of using the tool's functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that our requests around product improvements are not implemented often, and the integrations with our other platforms still do not exist after asking for quite a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps immensley with our various regulatory requirements. It also saves us a lot of time with pre-made content since our team is small.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the variety of content within the Modstore. Additionally, the creation of smart groups allows for more automation on our end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever my team reached out to the KnowBe4 support desk with an issue we typically have to wait weeks for it to be resolved. The support desk sends frequent updates that the ticket is still being worked on, but weeks in this industry are just too long. Most of the time, when our problem is resolved, I've already had to adapt and make changes in the way our training or process works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to perform quarterly phishing and training as well as remedial training for those individuals who fail phishing exercises.

Full package for security and compliance training

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provide a complete package for delivering security and compliance training, with excellent training modules and additional content.
By using KnowBe4 and our employee engagement campaign, we have achieve 99.8% completion rate for mandatory training for over 7,000 employees last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to have URL's to link directly to training videos or games would help us promote specific activities in our awareness communications.
Currently employees need to browse the library or use a slow search function to find the recommended module, which reduces our engagement score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 support us with building our internal Security culture, and allow employees to increase their knowledge beyond the mandatory training

Easy to start with, but hard to perfect

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily find some relevant trainings and ensure your colleagues are assigned trainings. The whole system is easy to set up and we hardly needed the help of a consultant. When we have a question, Support is quick to respond. Our users find the product easy to use and we've had little to no questions about what to do, even without training them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of trainings and e-mail templates in the system, but there are very few filter options. This means you have to review a lot of material as an administrator to determine if it matches your needs. For instance, there are a lot of e-mails about setting a strong unique password, but you have to watch every video to find out which of them recommend a password length of 16 characters to match our organization policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now easily prove that our colleagues are trained in security and privacy awareness. The phishing tests also help us measure and compare how well colleagues at different departments and countries are able to identify threats. This helps explain the need for trainings to management.
