The KnowBe4 platform has been very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
They have very informative topics and creative ways to train our employees. It is very easy to use and customer support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like it all but would like to see a few more trainings of 30 minutes or more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has definitely helped our employees to stop and think before they click. They are aware of the red flags to watch for in phishing emails.

How difficult it can be to detect even for seasoned IT professionals.

Giving untrained employees an email is a big risk but implementing mandatory training has proven useful. KMSAT is really easy to use with our users.

It has helped us educate our users about the dangers of clicking on phishing emails and also helped educate on how to spot a phishing email

A lot of the options and templates are not relevant to us and we usually have to change everything on the template that applies.

It keeps users up to date with security issues and phishing attempts in the worlds

The portal for the end users to do training.

Gives our end users insight of attacks that could be happening and how to avoid them.
Very great software, a tour or training on use would be extremely helpful

The options for creating campaigns and trainings are very in depth. The customability of templates and even things like fake links are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting pages are confusing to learn. I wish there were better export settings to go to things like a word document or a PDF.

quite extensive u=in offereing. phishing sims are easy to setup

caters for compliance driven orgs with large staff basis
