What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has been a great instrument of security awareness. It provides great tests and easy to understand graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the present time there is nothing I dislike about the product

We are able to raise awareness of malware, phishing and security risks to all of our users.

Love how flexible it is to train our employees, very useful and helpful

Hard to get AD integration setup, had to manually enter employees

What do you like best about the product?
Able to setup tests and test users to see how secure your employees are via phishing attempts

Setting up does take some time and getting whitelisting done takes awhile sometimes

Decent program for employee training

What do you like best about the product?
This site offers a variety of modules to employee training which are relatively quick, very informative and easy to watch and listen to. The software is relatively inexpensive, charging by number of users vs. a blanket sum. I like that the modules can be tailored for specific departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the modules can sometimes be a little silly. The animations are a bit juvenile and the scripting can be rather corny sometimes. Although most modules are relatively short, there isn't an option to manipulate the speed of script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this program to educate our staff on IT safety protocols. We have seen a significant decline in "phising" hazards since our employees are becoming much more skilled in recognizing threats. We have also found employee response to be very positive to these shorter modules and have seen nearly 100% participation and completion every month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a really great system. I feel that most employees who are required to participate in company sponsored training will respond well to these quick, informative and easy to understand modules.

What do you like best about the product?
The console is easy to use and get started. The phishing scheduling and templates are intuitive and quick to setup. The process is effective with testing and the resulting training assigned to people that fail the phish test.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes for this product. I suppose that anything can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that I'm solving with KnowBe4 is security awareness. The phishing tests involve everyone my organization giving awareness for safe email usage.

It is easy to use and works well.

What do you like best about the product?
Very well designed to teach and offer practical examples. Focus is on the meat of the subject with easy to set up training. Support is very good as well
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no real negatives in my 10 months of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User vulnerability to click on "bad stuff". Training has effectively minimized my exposure as IT Lead. Our users have been trained to "think before you click"
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Solve a huge problem of training users to think before they click. I was skeptical, but results are proof

KnowBe4 Changed Our Security Awareness

What do you like best about the product?
Our culture was not fully aware of the risks associated with clicking links and opening files in e-mails they received. Nearly a third of them were deemed "phish-prone" in our base line test. We dropped that to less than 3% per test and we have even gotten down to 0% for some tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike with KnowBe4. We have been very pleased with the program we are on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were extremely phish-prone as an organization. It is hard to say what events we have avoided but the awareness level - from the senior staff on down - is through the roof.

Tremendous Value for extremely reasonable costs

What do you like best about the product?
I was constricted by an extremely low budget for this but was wowed by the price versus the features (which were better than all the competition anyway...)
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaigns workflows are still a little clunky in some areas, but we see improvements every quarter in that area, to be fair. Whitelisting can be a hurdle for the domains they spoof.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our people are far more likely to avoid suspicious emails than before, and the training is really clear and straightforward, so our clickers dropped from 48% fooled to 2% in one year!

Give it a try and you will be hooked

What do you like best about the product?
The training is easy to provide and the monitoring of completion is good. Also, most end users were happy with the training and even went through it with their family,.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the exact training video you want to use is a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our end users appear to this point to be more aware of attachments to and links within emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you have the internal resources to set up campaigns, monitor results, etc. You need one person with time to do this as the system does require administration. In our organization we are very lean in our IT staffing and it has presented challenges for us.
