Best in Show User Training for the Sysadmin of Many Hats

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has helped us satisfy immediate NIST and CIS control requirements, at an affordable price for small businesses. The training is performed in such a way that even the less computer savvy users understand the impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a push for performing phishing tests, however, we have a different process for those tests internally. The sales people have been less pushy about us utilizing that feature. I would much prefer if they split off phishing and training into different price points, but the current setup is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to immediately become compliant with several aspects of NIST/CIS requirements, plus our users are accepting of this style of training. The biggest benefit is that over the last 2 years our employee pool doubled, which created some gaps in other types of employee training. Our IT training, however, was able to accommodate that quick of an increase without too much of a budget increase. I spend less time preparing, deploying, and tracking training that any other department in the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you don't use the phishing, Vishing, or USB features, the training campaigns are the easiest to prepare, deploy, and track for Sysadmins that are responsible for more than just one aspect of their IT world. The price point is spot on for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Well designed content that allows for customization to make phishing campaigns more realistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issues synching with our Active Directory, but that was mostly caused by the way our
AD was set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user response has been extraordinary and there has been a substantial improvement in user awareness. But now I get the blame whenever my VP gets a 'questionable' email!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Money well spent, great value!

What do you like best about the product?
the reports and follow up testing. it shows me who took the training, when, and how they are doing with the testing emails we send.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be made prettier, but otherwise the system works well. I don't feel the need to change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 does the training and testing of our staff on all things phishing. Its a huge help that they can do it from anywhere. With the reporting and flexible training times, we actually get them to do it, and it seems to stick.

Helps to create a culture of security awareness

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to setup campaigns make it easy to setup and monitor training. Additionally the automated alerts for campaign enrollment help to ensure participation and remove much of the overhead from my own plate.

The large library of course material ensures that I have many options when finding an approach that my users will respond to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Modstore(library of course material) interface needs an overhaul. It has decent filtering options but those are lost each time an item is previewed.

The report section, although powerful, also runs into a similar problem. After a report is run the settings are all reset to default. It would be more convenient if the settings stayed for running many similar reports with only minor differences. If that was done a reset button would also be necessary for full functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the education of the staff to the dangers of the internet and the PAB integration we have had fewer questions to our IT staff as well as useful reports on actual phishing attempts.

This platform has also granted us visibility of other opportunities for education and training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform has a variety of different material to help get across many core concepts of security. This wide selection means that you will find something for just about everyone that will help create a culture of security awareness for your organizations employees. This culture will not only improve security onsite but many will carry it over into their personal lives to their own benefit.

Best Phishing Awareness Product Out There

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization and features that is associated with their Phishing campaigns, training, Voice-Phishing, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibility of offering customization of phishing emails for campaigns. Some features have their limitations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems thus far. I like the fact that a rep called out of the blue and guided me on how to make my KnowBe4 campaigns and training better for my employees. He went over extra features I was unaware of.

What do you like best about the product?
Staff keep in mind that any email could or can be a phishing email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Staff complain about the training. Some users don't even watch them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with staff not having any cybersecurity training. We solved that problem with KnowBe4. Staff actually catch the test phishing emails and show me them.

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the diversity of training offered and the ability to test users regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing we dislike about the KnowBe4 platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users are much more aware of potential phishing and other email scams. Our click rate has dropped significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to mention if you use Google/Postini for filtering. Special setup is required.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can phish your users then push them to do training if they fail! The dashboard is easy to navigate and reports are easy to produce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No automated reports on Training campaigns but I've heard this is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding users to think before they click. Our user base is more aware of the consequences of their actions.

It's a great phishing simulation tool with the benefits of allowing targeted training.
