Wonderful user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to setup training campaigns for multiple months, and to add follow up training for clickers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup in the phishing campaigns is not crystal clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users have learned to be more careful by investigating emails before they click, forward, or reply.

Quality End User Security Testing and Training

What do you like best about the product?
Whats most helpful is simply having another tool to test my users and help educate them about security threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simply the time it takes to get everything going, not that it's any worse than other systems I use, just that my organization is under staffed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've got regular testing of our users dealt with right up front, phishing emails go out and remediation is handled with very little involvement from me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not having a system in place before KnowBe4 leaves me at a little bit of a loss based on price and functionality. Since we have gone live with KnowBe4 several of our other vendors have brought on similar offerings but KnowBe4 remains an industry leader.

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing campaigns are easy to set up and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. The platform works as advertised and I have had no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has created a difference in the way our users approach their inboxes. They now take care to be sure of what they click and question suspicious email.

great training for eliminating human error

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup - easily integrated Active Directory users. Plenty of choices for training programs - from videos, to games, to interactive training, there is so much available that it's very easy to customize for your particular organization's users.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I have experienced. The most complicated thing is convincing our users how beneficial the training is!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users have become MUCH more aware about "bad emails" - things that have malicious links or attachments are almost never opened anymore!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the exceptional level of support, guidance, and hand-holding that the knowbe4 staff give. They even proactively call regularly to check in and inform us of any new features or changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside presently is the level of false-positives that Microsoft's ATP gives on phishing campaign emails that contain images. From my understanding this issue is being resolved soon, if not already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has created a much higher baseline of understanding and awareness of security and email best-practices for all of our employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Upon enrolling wait for their setup team to walk you through configuration. There is almost an art-form to their system and any attempt by you to configure it ahead of time can only complicate things.

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing test and USB test are the best parts of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any part of KnowBe4, but I have less experience with the PAB than other products they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had terrific improvements to our security posture because of the phishing tests, and users are always vigilant because of training and knowing we may be testing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You may not need the training modules, but they are actually pretty thorough and well-produced. You can test their phishing test for free, but they offer much more than that.

Dashboard is a little confusing to read - takes a bit of time to see what I am looking for

Great content, effective training solution

What do you like best about the product?
Largest library of content I've seen. Initial setup appears to be easy and straightforward. Phishing campaigns appear to be easy to setup and initiate. Reporting appears to be very strong. We will take advantage of the newsletter content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we had a outlook for Mac client. Setup can be tricky is using in a 100% remote workforce, with limited management capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to leverage PowerPoint slide decks for training and awareness,which was a very manual process. Looking forward to the reporting and phishing capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate the offerings and compare library with others. One potential issue, Outlook (client) for Mac OSX is not currently supported, unless you use office 365 environment or server based configuration. Has been requested over 2 years, still no movement.

What do you like best about the product?
All of it!!! The training has been great for our employees, it's engaging. We are using the Phish testing and that has also helped our employees. We just purchased PhishER and look forward to getting that additional information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall awareness employees have gained by going the training and being tested. Employees are learning how important and/or vulnerable our security of our data is and how it could effect the whole company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product would recommend to any size company.

Great variety of training materials

What do you like best about the product?
Number and variety of training materials and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues yet. We've successfully done an initial phishing test and have just begun our first training assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to continue fake phishing tests and refresh training for our users. Now we have fresh new training materials that are frequently updated. I really appreciate the synch option to Active Directory so that new employees are automatically added.
