One of the best security awareness training programs out there

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the training campaigns can be. If it were up to me, my company would run a lot more trainings every year.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get employees to do the trainings, so sometimes I wish there was a little more incentive to get them to do them and take them seriously. Expressing the severity of careless actions along with the potential outcomes from them could help people realize the importance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding users to be cautious of what links and emails they're clicking on when trying to work quickly. Having a few phishing campaigns a year reminds people that they need to tread carefully and that the firewalls don't catch everything.

Good easy training

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the videos are easy for the end-users to grasp. We've had quite a few compliments on the training, stating that it does a very good job of explaining issues. It's easy to enroll our new employees in it and also scheduling yearly training for current employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that the videos are updated, but sometimes, the content is the same from previous years. I would like to see more options for different types of training or more in-depth training for users who tend to score low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to educate new employees on what to look for and prevent them from making poor decisions on phishing attempts. It is also helping make our employees more cautious when opening emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The training comes in relatively short modules to help users learn in manageable chunks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training is too American, usually in the sense that it talks about people getting fired for making mistakes, which simply is not how things work in my country. This causes a lot of worry among our users, and we have to do a lot of separate explainging how things are different from the training to how things work here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is educating our users about dangers in the current digital world and how to minimize the dangers. Hopefully this is reducing the liklihood that we get attacked.

What do you like best about the product?
The training courses give a good overview of the potential threats that come from a variety of sources such as e-mail, texting, and web habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The courses do seem to be repetitive from year to year. They are updated to an extent, but sometimes you feel that it's the same thing over and over again without much variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been ransomed in the past and believe that it was caused by someone clicking on a bad e-mail. KB4 brings awareness for better personal habits regarding unsolicited e-mails and web browsing.

The ability to conduct phishing campaigns internally. This helps identify vulnerable areas and provides targeted training for improvement.

Limited customization options to tailor the training content to my organization’s specific needs.

The app should be a bit easier to sign into, perhaps add an MFA option so they don't have to log into work first, before being able to download the app?

More recent content so I don't duplicate training

Knowledge awareness that users can also use at home as well.. looking for red flags.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers remarkable power for its price point. Its training capabilities are impressive, and the reports it generates are highly useful. The Smartgroup feature stands out as a potent tool that aids organizations.

Still some fine tuning on some items especially in the training section but requests for improvements are often taken into account and modifications come quick.
