What do you like best about the product?
Training and phish testing remains up to date with threat landscape. As an international company, the language options are also very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to know if I’m utilizing the service to its highest potential for my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to identify weaknesses in our security culture.

What do you like best about the product?
The mass array of templates, games and other content available to use in trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to get started with KSAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training end users to recognize bad and dangerous emails and why it’s important to our org.

What do you like best about the product?
As a manager I can choose my content and advance schedule my training. It’s a very flexable. A necessary tool in my cyber defense toolbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
Modifying groups is a little cumbersome when you don’t use it often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber Safety - keeping users informed and updated on the latest threats. This allows the users to remain productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that kb4 has great list of modules. There are learning curb.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I would like to see more modules to choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is nothing bad. I feel my tool hasn’t reach it optimizations. I hope to get there soon,

Good Product and Great Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
They have great customer service. I have a sales rep and a technical contact. My technical contact is so helpful. He walks me through doing anything that I need to do on the console (launching campaigns, running phishing test, user setup, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The phishing templates could be better. They could have more varied topics and updated more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping our user community become more security aware. It has been critical to increasing our security posture.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has so much content that comes along with the training module. Inside Man is awesome and is loved across many companies. Also, the ability to customize your phishing campaigns is super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you are on a very high tier with them, support can be a bit of challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily create phishing campaigns, gives us access to a rich content library and both of these has helped us transform our security culture dramatically over the last 3 years.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps up with the current cyber security landscape. It's the easiest for employees to use, and fast to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a manager, I want to know which questions my employees miss, so I can concentrate on learning opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a check box that lowers our cyber insurance, but it makes our employees more knowledgeable and about thinking before clicking.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and start running campaigns. Lots of options for the who want to get into the weeds or automate their training and phishing sims

The knowledge base can be a little confusing to use when first coming on board.

Providing security training to our users and meeting education requirements from business partners

What do you like best about the product?
The training is engaging and first rate. It provides your end users with all of the information you want them to have in digestible sessions. The platform is easy to stand up and is scalable for all organization sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't fulfill my mission to bore my end users to tears!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to teach end users of varying technical background from novice to expert, pertinent information that helps us secure our environment.
