Education is the best defense
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has great educational videos that help our team avoid being victims of the latest phishing and spear-phishing attacks. Kevin has a great deal of experience and shows how the bad guys can mimic known contacts. It makes you think before clicking on anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but we do receive a lot of extra emails asking for additional training programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even after initial training, we've had some users click on phishing emails. In today's environment, you can't be too careful. High profile CEO fraud and other attacks are prevalent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! You are receiving a great product.
Great resources for employee security training
What do you like best about the product?
Lost of content for ongoing security training. Also includes training for non-security issues like HR and compliance. Phish testing tools work well to train employees and spot employees who need more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content can get repetitive but their are only so many security related topics to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a an email breach before using knowbe4. Our users are now much more aware of phishing scams and more proactive when dealing with email.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is service oriented--they check in with their customers and walk them through setting up phishing test campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to set up phishing tests myself--but KnowBe4 makes it easy and they will do it with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 his been critical in training our employees about phishing and other security threats. They make phishing tests that teach users to question every email they receive. And the results are measurable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is reasonably priced and is important in today's world. Think of the costs of failure--of malware, ransomware, and data loss. You have to educate your employees. KnowBe4 makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are not lengthy, so it is easy to keep employees "tuned up" without taking them away from other tasks for extended training.
I'm also pleased with being able to hammer my office with assorted phishing campaigns year round. It is good to see how seldom they have taken the bait, something like three times in three years. Looks like the training is working!

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Setting up training sessions, seems I always have to relearn all the various tabs and possibilities. However my rep has been very helpful with this.
2. Not able to include family members in the program since they do not use our firm's domain name. My wife NEEDS to be phished.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any number of times employees have told me "I almost clicked on that", then their training kicked in and they avoided opening evil emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a perpetual phishing campaign.
Very good service. Great value for the money.

Extremely easy to use, constant updates to address the current threat landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not tried half of the functionalities yet so I cannot comment.

I love it when people click on the phishing attachments or links. That is the best learning method I have encounter so far.

No consistent testing within the training modules themselves.

Security awareness is dramatically enhanced.

KnowBe4 gives me a central hub to view my organization's security posture
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat daunting (the first time) to set up a custom template for certificates of completion - but it's well worth doing. Employees have satisfaction of completing the training, and having their name on a certificate as proof of their time spent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though the tech-savvy staff are mostly aware of the tech scams that are out there, the KnowBe4 training revealed several new attack vectors that helped raise awareness. In addition, having the ability to launch Vishing (voice-based phishing) attacks helped cement that the attacks aren't just email based. The comprehensive training module catalog allowed me to select training that was appropriate for the level of employees at various departments.
Exceptional product with exceptional service
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's security awareness training platform has provided an incredible boost for our organization. The depth and variety of topics far surpasses our previous supplier and I love that they are always working to improve and update the materials. Their customer service is always available to assist with any issues or questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using KnowBe4 for about a year and I honestly am struggling to come up with a dislike. The product has been as promised!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 for our new hire and annual security awareness training. We especially love the ease of designing and launching campaigns. The whole system is very intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wholeheartedly recommend giving the platform a deep look. The variety of topics and materials is hard to beat especially in combination with the price.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that i had. Also the content of the training is relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the platform has technical issues but always sorted soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating end users about potential dangers online and how to be vigilant is the foremost benefit. Users are more aware now on when to NOT click on a link.

Excellent Security Training program
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is always adding more content and more content providers. The ability to have dynamic groups based on user interactions is also very helpful. In other words the users that keep clicking on the phishing test emails get more phishing tests to help them detect bad emails. Also, we are able to download the training courses and upload them into our current Learning Management Software and the employees are able to continue to use the learning management software they are familiar with to do their security trainings as well. Although the KnowBe4 console does a great job of tracking the trainings and ability to assign trainings without any additional software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a customer success manager that was non-responsive for about a month or so. But all the other ones have been great. Seems like they would respond in less than a one business day and even got a list of recommended courses to use for initial training and refresher trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to decrease the amount of real phishing emails that are being interacted with by our employees.

Put the time in to pick trainings to send out to your employees. Your customer success manager will also help guide you to relevant training courses. High quality training and phishing test platform. With features and content being refreshed frequently.
