Excellent Product for Cyber security training

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment, easy to administer, meeting requirement
What do you dislike about the product?
On couple of occasions, users complete their training but the system doesn't acknowledge it, they need to retake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber security training, simulated phishing testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup campaigns, lots of automation to remind users and line managers to complete assignments, fun for end users and unbelievable amount of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to check back and see what extra awesome content has been added or new features made available!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is our go to platform for Phishing, Security Awareness, compliance and so much more, the InfoGraphics, quizzes and general content especially region specific is worlds away from previous providers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a demo, setup the ASAP programme, play around with test scenarios, spend time looking at the content and ensuring it's tailored for your region and business to deliver the best awareness programme to your users.

Ideal way to train my users on phishing attacks

What do you like best about the product?
Crypte and other cyber attacks are a big worry for me as the IT responsible in a SME. The KnowBe4 platforms allow me to create specific and targeted phishing mails, and get detailed results afterwards. As such, I can train them to better recognize real threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for creating custom mail templates is not always the most intuitive, though you can get the job done with some searching and clicking around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users are a lot more alert, both by the training as being on their toes because they know I'm testing them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! An attack will cost you a lot more than prevention.

Great for creating human firewalls

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 is a simple and effective way to get your staff seriously thinking about what they click on. You can spend as much money as you like on fancy firewalls and virus protection etc, but one naive employee can make all that pointless. Knowbe4 shows your employees simple and effective ways to spot phishing attempts, spam emails etc and really gets them thinking in the right way about this ever increasing issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I particularly dislike about the setup, but the one criticial aspect to this working is staff buyin. if your management are not pushing all employees to take part, and your employees don't take it seriously it won't work. Therefore, ensure you get that buyin from your whole team from day one. it's very easy to see if ayonone isn't doing their bit with the easy to use console, so embarassing unwilling employees in to taking part is possible, and a method I have used to great effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every company has at least a few employees who are not "internet savvy". We had a pretty good idea who they were before we started with KnowBe4 and targetted them with exercises that would confirm that. Training exercises focused on the weaknesses we identified have been effective, and now even the people who previously wouldnt have had a clue what a phishing attempt looked like are at least asking someone who does the question before blindly clicking on them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Great value for money in comparison to any other cyber security measure you put in place as people are always your greatest potential weakness.

Great training courses continuously provided

What do you like best about the product?
Training courses are continuously provided with new security trends, so it won't become outdated for newly employeed to take, and it makes possible to periodically involve the users into the security training. The variety of contents like humourous video episodes and games makes the users not get so bored like old traditional e-learnings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is translated into many languages, and the translation itself is getting a lot better. But still, most courses are offered only in a few languages, which makes some of my overseas users difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had none of this kind of trainig before for some overseas offices, so at least we can now say that we do.
I guess it is difficult to see if my users have really gotten "security awared" with this in just a half year training that we have done, but it is good to see for the management side that who reacts to the assinged trainings or sent phishing test fast and who does not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have looked at other online trainings, but I thought KnowBe4 was the best in terms of pricing, how much it could be used worldwide, and the variety of contents.

Solid security awareness Software-As-A-Service

What do you like best about the product?
Quality content served through an intuitive interface. KnowBe4's focus on the custom's success sets the standard of excellence for other service oriented companies to pursue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's efficacy is still entirely dependent on managements ability to value & enforce participation of the product which is not a quality one can attribute to the software. But what if a solution could?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Very high Phish Prone Rate. Benefits: quantifying benchmark to improve upon, Granular data and numerous configuration arrangements allow an administrator numerous methods to tackle their problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When do a cost comparison among vendors you can't count on KnowBe4 being the top dog in which to measure all others.

Easy to implement, fairly thorough in content, a solid option for staff training

What do you like best about the product?
I looked at numerous options for security training modules for my staff. Many were incomplete. A few were exhausting. KnowBe4 allowed me to choose the appropriate modules for my staff and pace their training based on our schedules. I also really appreciated the ease of setup. Finally, the fake-phishing attempts is a gold mind. Schedule the types of fake emails to send, allow end users to get immediate feedback when they click on something they should not, and do it quickly and privately. That feature alone was probably worth the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides to having a well trained staff, but you will have to get full support from the upper level execs. Although you can pace the training, which is a must for me, it still takes time. If others do not see the need for this type of awareness training, than it is your job to convince them.
I have also received a few phishing emails that I felt like could have been better done. We don't use Exchange anymore, haven't for a decade, so fake emails about Google services would have been much more tempting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a school and the most difficult resource is time. We know that we need security training, but we also need time for so many other topics. The benefit of allowing teachers and staff to take this training online, at their own pace, and allowing me to pick and choose the most appropriate modules is so valuable.
We are addressing the obvious need to make our staff more aware of scams and security holes that they create. We just started down this road, but the conversations that have been generated already are going to be extremely helpful in the future.

KnowBe4 - One Stop Shop for Security Awareness Training

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 exceeds expectations when it comes to fresh and current content.

We have a company of over 120 employees and ensuring that everyone is up to date on the latest threats and how to deal with them is no small task. KnowBe4 is constantly updating their content with fresh material as well as staying on top of the latest threats.

We especially like how some of the core trainings have been updated from 2018 to 2019. This allows us to easily create a re-certification plan, that we trust, for our employees with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a hard question to answer but if there is anything that I would like to see work better it would be User/Supervisor/Manager account association. We have a very complex user setup where several departments have several supervisors as well as managers for those supervisors.

We are finding that it isn't possible to allow the managers to be able to see their respective teams progress/status easily. In other words, the managers are not able to see the end users of their teams and can only see their supervisors progress/status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using KnowBe4 we ran a baseline phishing test and the outcome was a startling 60% failure rate.

Over the last 1.5 years of using KnowBe4 for our ongoing Security Awareness Training and Phishing Campaigns, we have been able to maintain a less than 10% failure rate. Our users are now extremely security conscious and have learned to think before they click as a reflex. This is probably the most effective tool against the threats that we are faced with on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend KnowBe4 to anyone looking to initiate or tighten up their security policy. The materials and accountability of the KnowBe4 system are extremely helpful. The reporting system is great for keeping track of our vulnerability status and also helps justify the expense of the service.

Great easy platform with easy to use tools

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the system and dealing with customer support is quick and easy. Also, they are constantly updating their templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have found much yet except there are too many options and sometimes they try to contact you too much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing people that they can be fooled and that they do need training. Then having the training available to actual help them be more security conscious.

Great product, obsessive reps

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great platform for both educating and testing end users. I feel like it really does harden our security.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started up a few years back, I found the sales reps to be too aggressive. Now an active customer, I find the “customer success” representatives to be the same way. As an IT professional, I know what I want and I will tell you what I want. Don’t badger me. It looks bad and it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, my users are more educated, more aware, and a lot less click happy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s worth the money. Give it a shot. Avoid the KnowBe4 Second Chance utility if you use SRP, as it causes problems with Microsoft Office.
