Great training

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy for the users to log in to and get started on the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The required tests for each training should be removed or at least let us alter what determines a passing grade. I've had a lot of users get upset when they got 7/10 on a quiz then accidentally hit restart training. I just have to manually pass them to save 45 minutes of training .

I'd also like it to show if they actually reached the end of the training rather than just sit on the 1st module for an hour then tell me they had trouble on the quiz.

I'd also like to have modules that are focused specifically in the O365 mail client where it shows users how to see the real email address the email came from, hover over links, and other tips specifically for outlook.

We're a smaller org so we dont need much of the physical security awareness training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing our phishing awareness and skills at how to identify a phishing email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it from a 3rd party, they usually have better deals and the KnowBe4 sales team is the most obnoxious team I've ever dealt with.

A First Class Product

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the entire platform provides a complete tool to support our cyber security and privacy program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many applications in this world some functions initially appear a bit overbuilt for a novice user. For example the variety of reports you can create is extensive and it does take some time to learn how to get exactly what you want. Fortunately, customer support is highly accessible, patient and very knowledgeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the product to compliment our employee training and awareness program. It provides access to an extensive library of well produced training modules. We have only been using the product for just over six months so we have not yet been able to validate through data the results, but anecdotal feedback has been positive.

What do you like best about the product?
Product has lots of options, some times to many.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming to set up for end users. This is great if you have time to play around and get very granular, if you don't have the time it still can work, just might be missing some important features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are training our end users and testing them to be sure no one user is clicking on things they should not be.

Great tools and easy to administer all sorts of campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 platform is excellent for administering company phishing campaigns and then rolling out remediation steps. The reporting options are great with plenty of key features to find the gaps in your organizations security platform. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more short form courses in the Mod Store. Adding in more physical security courses would be nice. Although the reporting is nice sometimes where to find the appropriate reports is sometimes difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using KnowBe4 constantly for our Phishing campaigns and reporting. We use the Mod Store for rolling out new courses on better security awareness and physical security. We use the reporting features to see how we are doing as an organization, this is a big like for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product and easy to setup and get started. As more training courses are added, the product will only get better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the video training that staff members can take look at anywhere. I like the idea that I can structure the training for my staff. I like the various tests I can send out to see how my staff responses to threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I have not found anything that I really can say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I must admit the people that failed my first test was not the people I thought they would be. I am finding my co-workers are less resistant to taking the time for the training than I thought they would be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good product both for testing your staff on their response to malware and training your staff on how to respond to malware.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps end users on their toes, while also providing a wealth of training materials to keep them in the know when it comes to spotting real world threats in their inbox. The newsletters, weekly knowledge blasts, and "propganda" are very helpful in educating our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the Phish Alert outlook add-in can "disappear", however this required a simple group policy tweak to correct. Some sort of add-in to identify phishing web pages, rather than just emails would be nice., as this is an are that are users can struggle with. Something similar to the Gmail plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness of identifying which emails are safe to open, click, or view attachments. The Phish Alert tool to report simulated or realistic phishing attacks to IT are very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the the free baseline questions and consider the free tools, such as the breached password test. The AD health checkup tool (which I believe is free) is another excellent way to preview what KnowBe4 has to offer. Have fun creating your templates while you're at it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize the emails. The predefined emails are great but being able to customize is key to get true results
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much US content and not enough Canadian content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A REAL understanding of what users are doing but most importantly who the culprits are. Once you know who the users are that are clicking irresponsibly you can then properly train them.

KnowBe4's tools to help automate simulated phishing campaigns and the PhishER tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like there to be more instructional information on using PhishER and creating rules. I feel like I am not using the tool to its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising awareness among employees and getting them to think before they click.

A complete solution

What do you like best about the product?
The product works. It is a complete package to identify vulnerable employees and to help improve these employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales people have come across like generic pushy sales people, repeatedly contacting us to purchase the next best thing.

Giving it an exception in Office365 means that much of the simulated tests may not make it to our users in a real world scenario. Additionally, Office365 often appends "sent on behalf of knowbe4" to the sender giving some tests an obvious tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has a relaxed view of security with almost all 3rd parties ending up on an email white list which leaves us open to all sorts of malicious emails coming from known sources. With the help of KnowBe4, we have trained our users on what sign to look for when determining if the emails from these parties are valid. It has also cut down on the amount of emails our staff forwards to IT for a second opinion.

If you have the time to put in, and the drive make your company embrace it, the training videos are an invaluable resource which will educate your staff on security in ways you never thought of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know before has been a solid product for us and there is always a discount to be had if you're on the fence about it. They also continue to innovate and are definitely a current leader in this industry.

Educating against phishing, vishing and USB drops. Realized with high quality content, education is easy, without it, its very difficult
