I have really enjoyed using KnowBe4.
What do you like best about the product?
For us, the two most useful items in KnowBe4 are the phishing campaigns and the training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to extend the length of time for the training campaigns. Also, there aren't enough phishing emails in Mandarin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to educate the company on what to look for in phishing emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend the Diamond level subscription.

There are so many realistic phishing emails that can be tailored to your organization and industry. It makes a great learning tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little easier to create your own phishing emails from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness. There are numerous technologically challenged individuals in our organization that are learning how to spot questionable emails.
Securing the Weakest Link: The Human Firewall
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has Active Directory integration. We are able to target specific users who can inflict financial damage to our organization as well as those that have access to multiple resources. As part of defined groups, when employees leave or join our organization, they are automatically added to users for testing. We are also able to schedule periodic and Ad Hoc training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing: They do not, as of yet, have a mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are proactive in securing our weaknesses (the end user). We started out with a very high failure rate and we've gotten it down to 5%. Eliminating all failures is near impossible due to periodic employee turnover BUT with all our current end users that have been trained, they know how to spot questionable requests; whether via email or otherwise. They are taught how to "think for themselves/"
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is one of the most valuable tools we've ever implemented. An organization can invest many millions of dollars for end point protection, firewall, threat mitigation and protection and the like but these are only as strong as the weakest link. Shoring up the weakest link cultivates best practices and safe computing leading to peace of mind (and business); especially for the Board of Directors, investors AND Information Technology Staff.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's platform is yery easy and intuitive to use. They have way too many tools to educate, train and test employees about the dangers of social engineering that I cannot name them all. My favorite is the phish tests that can be generic, custom and/or a bunch of "current events" that KB4 sees as the trends by the bad guys. What better way to keep your team sharp about the risks out there than to test with the latest trends in phishing?
What do you dislike about the product?
With my company's pending renewal of our service with KnowBe4, money is a little tighter and I may have to step down a notch with the plans. While I will still have most of the tools needed to train and test my users, I may have to give up some added tools like the "USB flash drive" test where you "drop" specially encoded flash drives to see if an employee takes the bate and tries to view its contents. While the difference between levels are cents per month per user, it all adds up. Maybe one level so businesses get it all and don't have the choice to be frugal in this important service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With KnowBe4, our users are much more careful and vigilant about email security. We have not had any security issues (knock on wood) since using KnowBe4.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of the trial and free software that KnowBe4 offeres. They have many tools that also shed light on potential security vulnerabilities that can exist.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ability to automate so much of the program. We can automate the emails that get sent out to the users. The ability to "clone" your training campaigns is awesome. Reporting is also one of my favorites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside of Knowbe4 is that unless you have the top tier level (Diamond) then you don't often get the better shorter videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just making our users more aware of all the ways that they are vulnerable and turning them into skeptics is fantastic! I love that our users realize personal benefits in addition to professional knowledge with the Knowbe4 training and phishing tests.
Good security training, great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager has been really helpful in walking me through the setup, getting phishing and training campaigns planned out and executed and helping to keep me on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features and trainings that are only accessible at the Diamond level like HIPAA training. We are at the Platinum level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a consistent and regular way to ensure out team members are getting trained and tested. We can now SHOW were we started and the improvements that are being made.
KnowBe4 helped change our company culture
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create realistic phishing attempts and train out users what to look for is extremely beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation within the admin dashboard can make it confusing on where to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a seen a vast improvement in employee behavior not clicking scam emails.

This is a very valuable tool in business nowadays with the rise of cyber crime.
KnowBe4 Is a Comprehensive Measuring and Training Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 has many options when it comes to learning styles, content, and training, but also gives you the tools to accurately measure your training's impact. With their training guide and suggestions it is easy to work with staff to help them not only prepare for attacks, but to allow them to be able to defend against attacks they have not been trained for since this is not learning by wrote but actual heuristic identification training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of changed account managers. It seems like we keep getting assigned new account managers about once every 4 - 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing user's resistance to cyber attacks of all kinds. Through quality training, we were able to take a company that has a high click-rate on systems to a company that is strong against cyber attacks and phishing attempts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great software platform and I highly recommend taking a good look at it. Run the preliminary phish tests and the system will show just how much training is needed for even the most cyber-aware staffs.
The Absolute Standard
What do you like best about the product?
This is something that a ton of companies offer but none of them are on the level of KnowBe4. KnowBe4 is 100% the standard at which everybody else in this space is measured against... and fails to surpass.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only ONLY reason I couldn't give them a full 10/10 is strictly due to the pricing. They aren't the cheapest option out there. That said, you are 100% getting what you pay for. I've used the free options and I've used a cheaper option... yet here I am happily shelling out the cash to KnowBe4 for their solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users clicking on crap they shouldn't be clicking on. The benefits in this world rife with ransomware, speak for themselves.
KnowBe4 has made training staff easy
What do you like best about the product?
The knowbe4 training is easy for our employees to utilize. It makes rolling out training simple with employees being able to take it at their desk when they have time. Before we switched to knowbe4 we would schedule training and then have to reschedule with those who missed out due to various reasons. Since we switched to knowbe4 that is no longer an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one downside is that with knowbe4 you do not get the face to face interactions that help when training to make sure your audience is connected with the subject matter. There is always a risk that someone is just rushing through the training to complete it and not fully comprehending real world scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our company the biggest problem is our staff is too trusting of emails and links in emails. We have been fortunate over the years not to have had hacking incidents. The biggest benefit is that since taking the training, staff is routinely questioning the validity of emails they receive.
