What do you like best about the product?
Variety of Content, Good User Interface , Making Learning and Awareness Gun using Gamification

There could be country specific content based on local laws etc. At present it is more US Specific

Security Awareness. Consistent Content and Regular Trainings.

- providing various types of phishing simulation mail templates
- So many interesting training materials including movie, comic cartoons
- convenient campaign customizing without manual follow-up
- Various kinds of language supporting including chinese, korean, spanish, hindi etc.
- periodically I've got supporting email or call. She repetitively checked my progress and suggested more convenient option and provided one-to-one coaching session. Even created my campaign instead of me.

I couldn't find yet.
I feel a little slow speed for some video plays? But, I'm not sure if it is my network issue or your system issue.
I made a contract for 3 years. A little worry because 3 years are so long for IT market. Actually, I wanted 1 year contract, but 3 years price would be much attracted. I hope this company continue to support for a long time so that I don;t have to find another vendor.

KnowBe4 provides various types of phishing simulation templates and security awareness training materials. Periodically, you can just start any campaign. Employees are enjoying at the interesting contents. Also, I can provided good audit trails for my due care and due diligence.

Good LMS features, integrated phishing training/reporting, integrated policy review/sign-off process.
What do you dislike about the product?
training content comes from multiple sources, content may not feel like a common branded solution.

Security Training / compliance automation, security policy review and sign-off, phish training and phish attempt reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good suite of extra tools are provided such as password weakness testing and a tool to warn about users clicking on questionable links. Some tools may not work within some VDI solutions.
Some detail info may be quite buried within the interface. There is agood chance you can find whatever you're looking for but it might be 6-7 clicks deep.

KnowBe4 is great and has helped us educate our end users and reduce our phish prone percentage!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to setup automated and recurring phishing campaigns to keep our end users on their toes has been very helpful to us
What do you dislike about the product?
There seemed to be a couple "bugs" this year when we had our users take their annual security training videos. A small handful of users had started the training and went through a good majority of it, but somehow had their progress reset to the beginning. It looked as though they had not even started the training, when normally it saves where you left off. This only happened for about 3 or so users out of around 100.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows us to educate our employees on security risks and ways to spot and avoid them. It also allows us to continuously educate our end users with the automated phishing campaigns. With these two items combined, I believe this has made us safer as an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use some of the free tools to evaluate, like the phishing email to establish a baseline test of your employees
An easy solution to a tough problem
What do you like best about the product?
The set and forget it campaigns. I can set up phishing campaigns that run month after month without having to update them constantly. Also the wide range of training content that I can have employees complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up campaigns seems to take me a couple of tries each time because of the process you have to go through. You have to make all of the decisions on which campaign to use and what notifications will look like before you start to set up the campaign. Invariably I start over a couple of times.

Platform is easy to use for security awareness training. It is easy to distribute and set up on a regular schedule

The reporting functions could be better. The built in reports are helpful but could be more flexible/detailed

It's customizable, and that gives us a real gut check especially re: our handling of phishing emails.

Price point may be a bit high for how we currently use it, will check other features prior to considering renewal.

See if you can get a free trial to view the training as it is very good
Really solid security training and simulated phishing platform

The quality of the online training. It includes videos with Kevin Mitnick who is knowledgeable and entertaining.

The phishing emails can be tricky to configure so that they are not flagged as spam tipping off your users.

Strongly suggest trying this product. The training alone is worth it plus you will get additional modules such as simulated phishing which is useful to reinforce what is covered in the training.
Best way to keep your users in check.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have the simulated emails sent on schedules while still randomized and automatically have users who fail to recognize phishing emails be entered into groups that are then force to retake video lessons on what to look for in emails. I think this is a great feature to keep users constantly on their toes and prepared.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the one thing I dislike the most about knowbe4 is that you can't update a video on a plan without having to recreate the whole thing. I find that really frustrating if you just want to update it but don't want to have to create a new schedule or event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email, Password and Security Training so far. The users are becoming much more aware of websites as well as the emails they receive and the files they use. In ways that I couldn't get through to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is really good at keeping your users up-to-date with video training and being able to document who watched it and who failed to as well. Keeping users trained in safegaurding your network from bad emails as well as other things. The video training goes into other categories even goes deeper. The set it and forget it aspect of the campaigns is nice because you can just go back to see the results later but they will run as scheduled within large or small date spans.
