Covers all the bases
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create recurring security and phishing training campaigns, selecting the categories of emails to be included in phishing campaigns. saw immediate improvement with users.
What do you dislike about the product?
once the initial phishing training improvement occurs you must follow up on persistent failures. There is only one feature to create lists of failures in a single run, nothing in the Gold package to triage the persistent failures or back off on the successful users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
other then less people falling for phishing, even if it is just becuase they do not want to get in the tests, it provides a record of both phishing and security training as is often mandated by our funders in the NGO world.
Great platform for training and testing
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to assign training and to track to make sure the training is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the videos don’t capture the audience well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using KnowBe4 helps train our employees to be on the lookout for phishing emails. By knowing what to look for makes it less likely they will fall victim.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great. Just keep training and testing. It is not a silver bullet.

What do you like best about the product?
Their new story based security awareness training has greatly increased our end user adoption and viewing of the materials.

We only currently use their training modules and have no issues with them. I am not sure about their other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Required to provide training as an MSP to meet customer requirements. Monthly training modules are completed in a timely manner

Know your audience before implementing so you know which product will be most adopted by them.

It is flexible and we can use it in a way that is efficient and effective for us.

There's a lot of information and it takes a while to go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to bring an awareness to our employees of a major problem in a non-threatening way.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and very well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup was difficult with 600 plus profiles csv files were hard to match the format allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have only two campaigns in and our customers love the training portions. They all comment about what they learned about Phishing and how that would affect our company intellectual properties.

strengthening the last line of defense - our employees - through regular relevant security training and testing
KnowBe4 - Make Sure Your Employees Are Keeping Safe
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 sends "questionable" emails to your employees to see if they are easily tricked into opening and clicking things they shouldn't. Some of the messages are so convincing, even I have been tricked by them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about the KnowBe4 is the sender email addresses. Some of them are so obviously bad or obviously from KnowBe4, there's little chance someone would be fooled by them The content of the messages is great, but wasted with bad email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason we are using KnowBe4 is to help find which employees are likely to open span and click links they shouldn't. It's interesting to know that some of our "smartest" employees have been fooled. We have caught several people several times opening emails they shouldn't be messing with. One guy is signed up for "deals" sites and gets tricked into thinking he will make money by following links. We have also deployed KnowBe4 at several customer sites and it has been a great benefit in helping them train their users how to stay safe online.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check it out. It's a bit pricey, but could more than pay for itself with what you could lose from someone opening a virus or worm on your network. Be aware that emails are all sent within a short period of time. Our employees figured this out within a few weeks and now they warn each other as soon as one person receives their weekly "spam" message.

What do you like best about the product?
Support always prompt and congenial and they keep you apprised
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some technical issues where training time and completion was not accurate on the console but I think support make corrections. We shall see in the next training exercise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing attack awareness! Not is more relevant to our enterprise.
Exceeds Expectations/Fantastic Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The product works very well and even tricked some of my security folks, especially when it referenced HR was reaching out to them regarding their pay checks. Ease of use, progress reporting, updates and suggestions are very much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tricks were too easy for most of us, but I guess that is probably best. A more robust mobile platform would be helpful also. Finally please create new phishing emails a little faster. Users can recognize the ones they may have already seen or would told about from another employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees are now situation-ally aware to recognize phishing emails We are trying to eliminate users from inviting ransomware in our enterprise.

This product works, it will help your employees to be more aware of phishing emails.
A strong and effective testing program
What do you like best about the product?
It really keeps you on your feet with not being phished at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It forces you to follow up with training if you do fail a test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made myself and others in our office more aware towards identifying phishing attacks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an effective tool towards teaching and preventing phishing attacks on the company. There's also integration to software like Outlook and consistent testing.
