What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide range of topics available, which helps keep our team up to date with the latest security trends. The variety of content formats, including videos, games, questions, and video series, ensures that users remain focused and engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the content can be a bit lengthy. We prefer to keep training sessions to a maximum of 10 minutes to maintain user engagement and effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps address the critical issue of cybersecurity threats by educating our team on the latest security trends and best practices. This training reduces the risk of security breaches by enhancing our employees' awareness and vigilance. As a result, we experience fewer security incidents, which helps protect our sensitive data and maintain our company's reputation.
Very descriptive and intuitive system that can be managed by tech-savvy non-IT professionals.
What do you like best about the product?
The ASAP program gives you a full timeline of tasks to complete so you learn how to use the platform and the reporting is comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the steps of the ASAP program seem a bit out of chronological order. Setting up the policy, communicating with stakeholders, sending out newsletters etc should be the first steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber security awareness and phishing measures for the more computer illiterate members of the org.
Best security awareness tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most excellent security awareness training is the 30-minute 2024 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training; after completing it, our employees have a greater understanding of security protocols.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the manager was left in the organizational. unable to change the serverl user in same The manager was removed from our organization, however. not able to allocate the specific user to the new manager manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some time the user clicking the training link the training completed it automatically with out the user completion, we have to verfiy the mark ther asgine restart the training.Sometimes when a user clicks on a training link, the training ends automatically without the user having to finish it; in this case, we need to confirm the mark and then begin the training again.

Does a good job of showing how to spot fake emails
Versatile awareness training tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We've sent out several campaign phishing emails this year, and were were able to customize them, and get detailed reports on the outcome of each campaign. Bonus that some were quite relevant - e.g. we had a user who had booked a flight on a particular airline, then received an email that their flight was cancelled (it was random chance that she received that one, but...).
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to customize a phishing email to be sent out at first, so there is a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping us identify potential security opportunities and perhaps categories (e.g. Social Media) that we need more focus on if employees are more likely to engage in from unsolicited emails. This helps us to better secure our network and tweak our filtering options for a safer environment.
Great modern way to get employees interested in their part of email security.

up to date descriptions about terms and best practices for email security and general awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unfortunate merge of sci-fi to reality, can make some of the series more drama based and not generally relatable to most people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being more aware of emails that come in and the potential to "know before"; giving an employee the power to prevent common threats.
Users have improved significantly at detecting phishing emails and reporting them.
What do you like best about the product?
Using scenarios that exist in the wild to help users detect possible phishing or scam attempts. A lot of different topics to choose from. Very easy to get training out there to the users and making sure they complete it. Support is pretty helpful in providing direction for problems. Creating groups is easy and a great way to separate departments, skill levels, etc so they are provided with the best infomration they can get.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to separate phishing emails and phishing phone calls into different categories, but cannot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our users understand the different threats and attacks in the online world, and ways they can report them and keep their and the companies info safe.
Well known and works with O365.

We use the training and testing, seems ok.

Email fishing is constantly evolving, and testing needs to evolve as well. Maybe use some AI and get better tests.

Training people on how to identify phishing emails. Not click links. And report to help desk.
Great solution, still evaluating long term value
What do you like best about the product?
This has been a very helpful tool for evaluating our risk of breach from our first line defence, our users. I was not part of the implementation team, but the support team was very helpful in helping us get it setup in a way that gave us accurate information. It does exactly what it's designed to do in a simple and easy to use way!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how valuable this tool will be in the longer term, it is helpful for understanding current state but it doesn't do anything for actually protecting us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't know how sucesptible our team was to being tricked and compromised, this tool gave us those insights to take action on.
KnowBe4 makes training and testing very simple
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to setup dynamic groups to auto-enroll users into training saves a lot of time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more items in the library, but it does expand with time. Not really a dislike, just a wishlist item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a simple way to test users and track their progress. This is the leader.
