What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, implementation, and maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much actually. There had been some features that I'd thought were obvious, but since having raised those with our KB4 Rep., we've since seen those features implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff had limited exposure to Security CBT. The distribution of KnowBe4 to our Teams has seen an increase in observation & reporting relative to Security in most people's day-to-day operations.

What do you like best about the product?
A very insightful tool that helps us to visualize how our users deal with a suspicious email. We like that it's also a very customizable tool, which allows us to increase the interaction with the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
More webinars or longer videos with more details will be helpful since documentation sometimes doesn't seem to be enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate more interaction with our users, providing a complete visualization of our current posture against phishing threats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deep dive into the official documentation for better understanding, and execute a pilot with some test users.
Very slick training management with an excellent phishing simulation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The management interface is very easy to navigate and use. There is a decent range of training modules available to suit most businesses. The phishing simulation module in particular is excellent. Setting up and syncing users was also simple, which allowed us to onboard all our staff very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best video and training modules are locked behind the highest tier subscription, which is fine, except these often find their way through the filters when reviewing a video for a campaign. Some of the video content would be unsuitable for certain environments; depending on your business culture, you might find some of the videos immature in style. There is enough professional content though to cover just about any cyber security awareness training that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General cyber security awareness training; how to identify social engineering attacks, USB drive safety, internet browsing safety etc. Also phishing training, especially as part of simulated phishing campaigns. It is difficult to keep cybersecurity in the mind of staff, so being able to regularly push out content, and keep them on their toes with phishing simulations, keeps cybersecurity in the forefront of people's minds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend this service. KnowBe4 also offered an extensive trial, which competitors didn't, which made them stand out.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and very well demonstrated. Most of the content videos and funny and makes you engage with the content. Content serves to all people irrespective of technical/nontechnical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of up-to-date content sometimes doesn't provide on time. Content must be deep with a few examples which can demonstrate the different scenarios, which help to understand it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help fight against cybercrimes like information classification, phishing, spam, theft identification, social engineering, password policies, and protecting data.

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 team was a true partner in getting us up and running quickly. Their personal hands-on 'white glove' approach with training our team to use all of the system's features ensured we had a successful deployment. From Phishing testing to Information Security and Compliance training, it covers all of what we need, and it now has us re-thinking our entire training approach. As a bonus, we created a Compliance module using a custom recording and incorporated that into our training.
The documentation is excellent, and the support desk is very responsive. We are a small client, yet to KnowBe4, that does not matter. It was like a partnership.
Automating the email delivery, the customizable branding of the product interface, and customization of the email content is the tip of the high-value feature iceburg!

What do you dislike about the product?
There was an unnecessary amount of pressure to onboard quickly. The configuration for the Office 365 exchange setup is complex, and the engineer did not walk us through the nuances of that configuration. That resulted in several false starts. Administrators have additional information in their portal, which makes it challenging to find their specific assigned training. Aside from the Kevin Mitnik training and the "The Inside Man" series, the other targeted training modules were much less impactful because of their less serious and cartoon-like presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goals were to deliver automated Phishing testing and annual security awareness and compliance training. What we got was so much more! The phishing testing presents a score for the individual, makes suggestions, and can even auto-enroll the user in specialized training if you configure it to do so. It scores the entire organization and ranks the company against other companies of the same or similar size in the same or similar industry. These metrics are a great way to measure the progression of the organization's security program and to report the continued value of information security to senior leadership.
The security awareness training modules scored the individual and the organization as a whole. There is the ability, which we have not yet leveraged, to categorize employees in risk groups and auto-assign specific training.

Be sure to detail your base requirements before engaging KnowBe4.
Keep in mind that for the Security Awareness training to be successful, all employee communication must be engaging.
Be prepared to accept the advice of the KnowBe4 engineers. It is their business, and they know it best.

Simply Effective
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is simple to use and very effective. The dashboard provides a single pane of glass for everything. The content of the training is up to date and relevant to current trends. Set it one time and forget it; the system will manage everything related to itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find something which we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the security awareness of our users; after using KnowBe4, our phish prone ratio decreased big time.

It's a rapidly evolving solution. Please ensure that your SMEs have the opportunity to deep dive into the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated campaigns with remedial training have proven very helpful. The Phish Alert button has also proven very helpful in improving user phish submission.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training content isn't as customizable as I would like to see. Even with the Platinum subscription content seems somewhat limited.

Our organization is increasing its security posture with ever-evolving phishing and social engineering threats.
