Very solid solution for our Phishing training!
What do you like best about the product?
Content is very good. Deployment was easy and reporting is solid. Ability to select and tweak phishing programs and complexity and focus on more "click happy" users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Phishing campaigns are a bit too obvious (almost too easy) and while the "learning" that accompanies the user who fails to detect the phish is good, it could have a little more professional appearance...but it is effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing and Social Engineering of our technology users. We selected KnowBe4 to test our user populations base knowledge and have since ramped up our campaigns to consistently test/phish and educate. Our click-through numbers have dropped dramatically (50-60% fewer clicks).
A helpful training resource for End-users
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can customize and create a phishing campaign for your organization. It even includes some useful and realistic phishing templates and provides a helpful visual report of your organization's Risk Score. I also love that they offer webinars and are always up-to-date with the latest threats and phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like the KCM GRC and full access to their training materials are only available if you get a higher subscription tier. We hope that this more features are added to lower tier subscription or keep the prices cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A phishing campaign is an effective way to teach employees to spot deceptive messages and help combat phishing. Making these campaigns successful requires planning, communication, and analysis. Knowbe4 helps to make these campaigns successful and easy to manage.

If you need to create a simulated phishing campaign for your organization and assign specific training for users, knowbe4 can definitely help.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 understands that we each have different learning pathways. They offer surveys, videos, definitions, items to read, watch and listen to meet practitioners where they work best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. No one wants to stop their day, so it's nice (well, maybe not exactly) to get pinged to complete trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I can't speak for the whole company, I appreciate the regular reminders for the safest practices and learning what are emerging best practices. If the human element is the weakest link in security, I welcome the opportunity to strengthen my skills.

Interactive content is largely game based, and not professional to our execs.

Getting out staff to meet the training requirements has been a god send. Having the training in one place has also made the administration easier

What do you like best about the product?
It was excellent to know more about security information. The stimulation and content of the program were perfect. I will look forward to more details. The quality of the vendor's learning management system is really appreciable. It would be great if they could add more content by comparing the latest trends in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the product is excellent, but it would be nicer if we had more training, more content, and documentation to follow for the installation procedure. Also, if there are more videos on how to perform the deployment and setup, the product would be more appreciable.

Easy to manage awareness programs, training campaigns. You can even track training progress of each user. Nice amount of courses to select

The course player looks are outdated.
Also, lots of user just hit next immediately without listening to the course, and there's no prevention for that

Nothing. it is providing all the features which you are looking for and it will never let you down. Their help and support is always awesome. I recommend this solution

Great tool for security awareness. The device was user-friendly and easy to use.

We have no challenges currently as our security team worked with our local vendor to ensure all bottlenecks were cleared before launching the tool to the organization.
