Knowbe4 is the best
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 KSAT is a top-notch security awareness training platform. The content is engaging, up-to-date, and easy to digest for all levels of users. Kevin Mitnick’s real-world examples add credibility and keep users interested. The platform is easy to manage, with great reporting tools and automated phishing campaigns that really help track progress and reinforce learning. Highly recommend for any organization looking to boost its human firewall.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only con to knowbe4 is that it Just needs a fully random button for phishing

Solving training and teaching people about the ever growing cyber environment and threats

Training and phish testing remains up to date with threat landscape. As an international company, the language options are also very valuable.

It’s hard to know if I’m utilizing the service to its highest potential for my organization.

Helps to identify weaknesses in our security culture.
Amazing & Flexable
What do you like best about the product?
As a manager I can choose my content and advance schedule my training. It’s a very flexable. A necessary tool in my cyber defense toolbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
Modifying groups is a little cumbersome when you don’t use it often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber Safety - keeping users informed and updated on the latest threats. This allows the users to remain productive.
Good Product and Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
They have great customer service. I have a sales rep and a technical contact. My technical contact is so helpful. He walks me through doing anything that I need to do on the console (launching campaigns, running phishing test, user setup, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The phishing templates could be better. They could have more varied topics and updated more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping our user community become more security aware. It has been critical to increasing our security posture.
I'd rather be proactive than reactive!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps up with the current cyber security landscape. It's the easiest for employees to use, and fast to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a manager, I want to know which questions my employees miss, so I can concentrate on learning opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a check box that lowers our cyber insurance, but it makes our employees more knowledgeable and about thinking before clicking.
Always updated training

I have found KB4 to be the most up-to-date on training topics

The number of modules can be overwhelming

The ability to create small modules with fantastic reporting has really helped transform the Awareness program

What do you like best about the product?
The training is engaging and first rate. It provides your end users with all of the information you want them to have in digestible sessions. The platform is easy to stand up and is scalable for all organization sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't fulfill my mission to bore my end users to tears!

It allows us to teach end users of varying technical background from novice to expert, pertinent information that helps us secure our environment.

How frequent new training is updated, better training videos.

It has helped us educate our users about the dangers of clicking on phishing emails and also helped educate on how to spot a phishing email
