Very user friendly portal, great campaigns for phishing tests and user training mods.
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting aspect has great variety .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sort the mods from newest to oldest. Have to spend a little time looking for the right mods even after filters applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness on the different types of phishing scams and being able to track the users growing knowledge
Feature rich and great support.

The variety of awareness training options to use for different expertise levels of our staff.

The console can be challenging to navigate because it has so many features.

Performance of KnowBe4 tool in my organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I purchased the knowbe4 tool for my organisation and initiated multiple training pieces. Most impressive is that it is straightforward to use this tool for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One problem I face a lot is this tool is not supporting google workspace integration, due to which I have to import the users manually, and it's tough to connect with the HR team to keep the list updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool, by default, provides multiple security training templates, so as a security engineer, I can easily select any template based on the categories like social engineering and complaince for our employees.
Excellent security training system for end users!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have training videos that are professionally made and ready to go off the shelf. I also love some of the features they have for evaluating Phishing e-mails and for flipping real Phishing emails into templates. Overall I think it's an excellent service. Very happy. Also, the Cybersecurity Awareness month materials are top quality! The guide makes it so easy to roll that right into your own company campaign. Copy/paste and tailor. Easy peasy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had some better stats for the phishing campaigns. The Phish prone rate isn't bad, but users don't understand. I always translate the statistics into a department/division's share of the organizational risk. I do that by taking the total number of emails opened and dividing that by the departments/divisions' number of adverse actions taken (clicks, etc.). That gives the department/division a share of the company's risk. That is very digestible by leaders and users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social engineering is the most significant threat vector we face as an organization. E-mail phishing is the largest slice of that SE pie. Knowbe4 helps us to train users to defend against that prevalent threat.
Great Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
Great library of security awareness content on a variety of topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished there was a way to include the company logo into the content to make it more personalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to promote security awareness content throughout the organization, and it makes our users more informed about various cybersecurity topics.
Great, practical training for users
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has the ability to train all my users at whatever skill level they are at. From my most basic beginners to my very IT-knowledgeable users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the videos can be formulaic without actually sharing new information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it is used for educating my entire organization about the bad players out there and their tactics (from phishing emails to social engineering).
Very Impressive and Easy to Admin
What do you like best about the product?
Users find it fun and informative and enjoy becoming a part of our security posture. It strengthens security as an organization when the most vulnerable segment is well informed and actively hunting threats as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the security side of the house in IT we may just have too much extra time on our hands 🙂
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It absolutely eliminates the problems all IT departments have with trying to educate end users. It arms them with the same information we have and even exposes them to realistic threats and scenarios which helps them and often even us to realize what we should be looking for. It creates a pillar of strength at the core of our organization and helps to create an overall security-focal mindset.
Great training module very interactive
What do you like best about the product?
It offers more training modules compared to other competitors,We like the interactive module since we know users don't liked to keep watching a long video with text. Getting them to interact engage keep them more focus
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like the user management with Active directory sync, need to configure and restructure AD in order for the sync to work correctly. This is very time consuming if AD is not up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
risk management, helping user be aware of the type of attack and what to look for in email etc. It help bringing down the level of risk since spam email is on the raise
Solid way to start your Cyber Security Awareness Training and Phishing
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create a phishing campaign. Training is solid to get a LMS started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employees get a feel for the templates, and the % of clicks go down over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide the base for a solid awareness training campaign for employees. Conditioned employees to be on what to look out for.
