KnowBe4 has been an integral tool in preparing our staff to fight cyber crime.
What do you like best about the product?
The campaigns work seamlessly after they are setup. It's very simple to use and you can increase complexity as your maturity grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The EEC Pro Analysis is pretty much useless. Without being able to mark false positives so they don't show up on the report, it's unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The immediate feedback for end users when they click on a phishing email is so important. They get to learn right then and there what things they can look out for.
Training is Current and Relevant
What do you like best about the product?
On the job training is often real dry, boring, and often 20 years out of date but, KnowBe4 provides updated, relevant info. They even offer high quality videos that entertain and inform. The Inside Man is pretty good!

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Most work required training isn't exactly "enjoyable" but KnowBe4 does a pretty good job in this regard. There's honestly nothing I can really offer as constructive criticism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are learning to be much more vigilant with email and web browsing. Most users are more likely to avoid unknown attachments, share passwords, etc. Any increased security for our network is great!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple and easy training program for end users to understand the importance of being aware and not falling for any attempts at what phishing and spam can do to your computer. The interface for admins is easy to see and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to find reports was the hardest part for me, but it only took a few minutes. I would like to be able to run the reports to be more exact to what we require. Like how long it took the users to go through the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of our end users have been reacting to spam / phishing emails. Having them be more aware and what to look out for is helpful.
Exceptional Training that Users Like
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone dreads Security Awareness Training, but that has changed with Knowbe4. Now we have users excited about the next training and even have end users begging to get more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of content to review for making a decision on what your end users need. That isn't necessarily a bad thing but can take up some significant time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to create our own Security awareness Training because Knowbe4 has it taken care of for us. We have seen a large reduction in phishing email clicks and our users are far more security conscience than before.
Security Awareness training that is super simple
What do you like best about the product?
Was easy to setup and can push out campaigns in very short time frame. Can also do optional campaigns as some users dont need to be forced to take a training so often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their portal looks a little dated, some of the trainings are a bit goofy or overly silly. Cost is another thing, it could be cheaper and when they have promotions it makes more sense financially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The features that I like are the simple user interface and simple deployment. Also fairly simple to sync with Active Directory so that importing users is simple.

What do you like best about the product?
automated reminders, customer support, progress monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
cost by end user. As a school, can my state pay for this?

Excellent trainings and phish-simulation attacks
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings are top notch. We do regular training to ensure that our users are well informed. Then we do the phishing campaigns to ensure that our users are enacting what they've learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I'm not a fan of the web interface at times, but other than that it's good. I'd like to get to the current phishing campaign in one click from the portal once I'm logged in.

Making sure our users are properly trained to help keep our company safe from attacks.

Easy to use and manage . Doesn't. Take a lot of my time .

Real time alerts to training campaign on a app or email would be helpful.

Excellent resource for cyber security learning & development
What do you like best about the product?
Always relevant, easy for our users to engage, understand, and grow better cyber security skills. Especially appreciate the ability to send phishing spoofs to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more microlearning and nanolearning content that we could incorporate via SCORM into our LMS and L&D programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per above, the updates are essential to help keep our global workforce at the leading edge of prevention and risk management for cyber security. We have mandatory training every other month and KnowBe4 is central to that program.
The Security Training and content is very extensive.

Phishing Testing and available content. The reporting is very good also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upselling of other KnowBe4 security products.
