Thorough training for any level
What do you like best about the product?
The training courses were through in their level of detail that would benfit any users of any level experience. Not only did they go through many different avenues of vulnerability, but it discussed how users can spot those issues and best way to proceed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was about two minutes too long for my tastes. My limited time means I don't always have time to sit down and absorb. However, it helps that it was well done and I didn't feel like I was wasting my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing and social engineering attacks. How to identify them and most important what to do next. This aids in protect the organization and potentially keeping us complant to our industry standards.
Training as the first line of defense
What do you like best about the product?
We use KnowBe4 in the traditional way, but we also create custom training videos and upload them which turns it into a simple learning management platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Account managers change frequently but they've all been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way to not only track risk, including generating reports for committees and our board of directors who are keen on how big of a deal ransomware is, but also to provide custom training that fits the specific needs of each employee based on their risk and experience level. KnowBe4 allows us to accomplish this goal by providing all of the above at a great price while offering outstanding support.
Great Programme for My Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many materials to choose from and they are very easy to set-up. The materials are of a high standard and very topical. There is always something that you can use for your campaign. The phishing exercise we have set-up monthly is also very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the way the training emails are sent out. Most of my colleagues always ask if the training emails from KnowBe4 are legitimate because they sometimes can look like some of the real phishing emails that we get.
The phishing test mail headers on KnowBe4 are riddled with headers that obviously identify them as coming from KnowBe4 and it makes these tests easy to circumvent. It is trivially easily to just make an outlook rule for "If mail header contains word 'KnowBe4' -> move to spam" and people will never have to deal with these ever again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ISO 27001 certified, and regular training is a key requirement of the standard. This ensures that we meet the criteria for providing continuous development to our staff. The training is not only valuable for their work, but also for their personal lives. Several employees have shared positive feedback, mentioning they’ve learned things they weren’t aware of, which can be applied outside of the workplace.
Previously, we had to create our own training programs, which was time-consuming and required specific expertise. Now, with KnowBe4, we can simply choose from a wide range of pre-designed training topics for our campaigns. This flexibility allows us to tailor the training to our needs, whether we want to cover a lot or focus on just a few key areas. There’s always something relevant to discuss.
Since adopting KnowBe4, our training has become more focused, and the engaging topics have sparked conversations among our team. Even our CEO has commented on how much he enjoys the Inside Man series, finding it both entertaining and informative.

Benefits of KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing campaigns is our primary use of KnowBe4. Developing, managing and recerculating campaigns is easy. The follow up training is easy for the end user to compoete.

I cannot think of a dislike regarding the KnowBe4 platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the phishing campaign component. Our organization has not yet migrated to KnowBe4 for the entire SAT function.
Simple and valuable awareness tool
What do you like best about the product?
The content of the training. Share knowledge ina non-technical way with videos and real examples is very useful for all the company. Sending through campaigns makes management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the need to rais support tickets is not so frequent, from my perspective the support service has a big area of opportunity. Sometimes they don't share enough about the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness. Most of the users at the company are not technical employees and it's important to share trainings aligned to their role. Now they stop before they click on emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings that are available have a large library to choose from. It contains videos, games, quizes, and almost everything is interactive in some way that will make users feel that they are gaining something without being overwhelming in nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to whittle down and choose what options to use in each training campaign. The library is a little cumbersome when it comes to keeping older material and it can be a bit hard to find more current material when you are trying to update modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 training is helping us keep our users up to date with the latest online security "gotchas." They train my users on how to spot fake emails and what to look for in order to keep ourselves safe. I also like how we can allow users to forward the trainings to our personal friends and family to allow them to also be trained on keeping safe online.

It teaches all users the basics and more about what to look for when deciding to open an email and an attachement through a very easy to use platform.
Set it and forget capabilities for ongoing training videos and tests.

The content isn't always fresh
The information is repetetive and so the presentation has to be updated and presented differently often and there isn't always new training available.

It makes people pause and think about opening an email and any attachments. It's keeping our network and email systems and most importantly, our client data safe.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the perfect 'one-stop shop' for our IT Team to craft pertinent and up-to-date training for our end users. We find the training materials (videos, guides, posters, etc) to be relevant, engaging and often humourous. This helps drive the completion of our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major issue we have with using the training platform is that it can be very US-centric. it would be beneficial for some of the training to reach a larger audience outside of North America.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is providing our organization the resource and services to administer security and compliance training without costly overhead and meeting our organizational requirements from a legal, financial, and security perspective.
Simple the best security awareness tool
What do you like best about the product?
The single most important measure we can take to prevent a breach is to train our staff to identify phishing attacks. Knowbe4 is the best tool to use to not only train staff but to create a culture of security awareness. We have been using knowbe4 for 7 years now and we will continue doing so.

I wish there was LDAP intergration or an easier way to manage staff in the web console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 simplifys and enables what otherwise is a complicated task to train and renforce secuirty awareness.
Great tool for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Short, funny, and relevant videos aimed at general users.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be a little tricky to get all KnowBe4 emails through our Mimecast email filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oblivious users don't consider security at all on a daily basis.
