Great Product w/ GREAT Tools!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful thing about KnowBe4 is the ability to scroll through many different topics and have a support staff that is quick to respond and extremely helpful. It is extremely easy to use, and easy to implement and integrate across many platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are restricted use, but if your company or university allows it you usually can get access. Specifically, allowing access to creating phishing email templates is an admin only task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving unnessary malware getting into my university systems, and training students and staff to be more aware of malicious content.
Security Training at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a great training tool for my staff and faculty. It provides all the necessary information to help them understand what emails are threats. Setting up the training was very easy to use and implement. Customer support was great in helping me set the parameters for a successful training session. I have set up assessments to be done annually. I also have set up phishing campaigns on a quarterly basis. There are several features to help with campaigns and training. Integrating the sessions into our environment was easy and not time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping to keep the staff informed about all types of cyber threats and email phishing attacks.
Wonderful Experience, Great Product, and Support!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's security awareness training is relatively easy to setup. The depth of features it contains is wonderful and I would highly recommend utilizing the help of the onboarding reps to help get the initial training setup. Once that is done, the system runs automatically and can be very easy to duplicate for future training sessions. I was able to easily integrate KnowBe4 with my Active Directory, so new users get added to training automatically. Overall, I really like KnowBe4 and would recommend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has a lot of depth, so you can't just jump in without some training and hand holding at the beginning. I also don't like that the AD integration requires one specific field in the users record to be filled in in order to work properly. Besides that obscure issue, the product is wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows us to provide monthly training and refresher courses to users so that they keep cybersecurity at the forefront of their mind. It is very easy for users to get phished or hacked and we need our human firewall to stay up-to-date with thier knowledge. KnowBe4 security awareness training allows us to keep them up to date and allows us to focus on particular topics that may be more important as the year progresses.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a Best Cyber Security awareness training plateform. Its usage and implementation was quite simple. Features are amazing and happy about this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training Modules are good, but i feel more quizes modules needs to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is perfect for all user , but for i really found helpful for staff trainings. Becasue Knowbe4 gave a flexible times and module to play with our choice.

So easy to manage and start campaigns, and makes learning interactive and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find anything that I dislike about it, however they should consider creating web browser extension to find phishing links in real time as they teach

Our team was target of phishing attack and this product helped teach them how to be safe

What do you like best about the product?
The security training is second to none, as it is intuitive, and precise. It allows our IT staff to present phishing emails to our users and also train them without interruption to their job or ours. The analytics provided in the Dashboard helps us identify high risk users and adjust our email policies as such. I felt as if our end users score has been positively impacted following the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any issues to complain about as far as I'm concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing training with minimal interaction, which allows us to save company time, and also educate end users. With our scheduled trainings and modules from the massive store, it is easier than ever to train users on cyber security.

Lately the content has not been as new and fresh as it has in the past. Definetley need new content going forward.

One problem with Knowbe4 is the customisation complexity.The ability to customise training campaigns is a strength. However it can be difficult and also a learning curve without a dedicated cyber security or IT teams. Simplifying the customisation process would be benficial to a smaller business and non technical users.

The security awareness training is beneficial because its making users more aware about how to spot phishing emails and how cyber attacks are becoming more sophisticated. There are also many different types of training material ranging from phishing awareness to data protection and social engineering which will help people learn about these things.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is its excellent integration with Active Directory, which simplifies user management and ensures comprehensive training and phishing simulations for all users. Additionally, its automated rules integrated with Outlook for threat and spam email detection are highly effective and enhance our cybersecurity efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a search option on campaigns that we create which would have been very handy to sort out users based on name. And also would be handy to sort out based on alphabetical order.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solves problems related to phishing awareness, user engagement, automated threat detection, compliance, and risk reduction. It benefits us by improving employee awareness, streamlining security training, automating threat detection, ensuring compliance, and ultimately reducing our cybersecurity risk.
