Has decreased instances of employees falling for actual phisihing emails by a wide margin
What do you like best about the product?
The types of phishing tests we can do along with being able to set a schedule of when to run the tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see different training modules we can use when users fail a phishing test. Mainly when a user fails the first time and takes the training if they fail again I'd like there to be a different training module that maybe explains the concpets differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped cut down on users falling for phishing scams. Along with cutting down on breaches due to user falling for scams it has helped increase user awareness of what common scams look like and they are more likely to report actual phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The paced almost unknowing learning experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the videos entertaining, but rather a bit elaborate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awakening the users in what to watch for concerning phishing attacks.
Effective and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to set up a test or training and beneficial to the end-users learning something.I also frequently have a call with the rep to show us the new features and walk through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when sending out emails they do not make it to the end users. The console can be slow at times, but not bad. Cost quite a bit for a large company, but it's worth it to help prevent a security risk\ ransomware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing and security awareness training has helped our end users be aware of the risk they come across daily. it has improved the submitted emails for review as well.
Great experience with KnowBe4. They provide quality training
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use w/ their platform. Very easy to use. I appreciate the quality of the training they put together and how they stay current with industry trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to export more training items from KnowBe4 that could be ingested into other platforms for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows us to utilize the training they put together, so we don't have to do it ourselves. This makes the team more productive, because we don't have to focus on putting training together to meet our regulatory requirements.
Excellent Site for Compliance Training
What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are "bite-size" and interactive, using videos and real-world scenarios to train our employees on the best ways to avoid security/compliance issues. I also appreciate the detailed dashboards that give real-time visibility of my organization's performance and an overall risk assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind; the site is straightforward and has no issues to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is helping immensely with overall security awareness, including a focus on the most significant areas of concern - phishing, fraud, working from home safely and handling sensitive information.
KnowBe4 is an amazing tool for cybersecurity awareness.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 gives us the ability to educate our staff on the elements of cybersecurity safety with a high level of professionalism. Many others we looked at were cartoonish and too elementary for all of our staff. KnowBe4 is effective high quality, professional training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of KnowBe4 is more than other solutions. That is something we had to wrestle with, is the ROI for our district worth it. We decided yes. That being said, there are levels of product for various budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is what we use for cybersecuirity awareness training in addition to phishing (with active remediation for those who fail the phishing attempt) and backend phish/spam alert monitoriing (PhishER).
Good information on security and awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different webinars and emails shared with good information on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the actual phishing emails can be unfair when its coming from your boss and similar to what you are used to seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep our systems safe from online attacks or intruders.
We're relatively new customers, but onboarding was simple and vendor support has been strong so far.
What do you like best about the product?
End users have well received it for being relevant and not too disruptive (short and to the point).
What do you dislike about the product?
The AD integration is a bit more complicated than other platforms we've integrated with. The group filters are a bit cumbersome if you need complex user filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Cybersecurity insurance provider drove our decision as a matter of compliance. However, it has been beneficial in assessing employee knowledge and ensuring our staff remains vigilant.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate phishing simulations is fantastic (set it and forget it!). It tracks user progress and allows for remedial training upon failure results. You can cherry pick the reporting on individual campaigns, or the overall organization as a whole to bring to stakeholders in the company to show effective results. Base and midlevel subscription tiers are fairly priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best content for training is locked behind the highest subscription tier, which is unfortunate, as there's not many more reasons to move up to that level. The Phish Alert button in Outlook has been unstable in the past, as the plugin regularly disabled itself, however, the current release of Outlook and PAB seem to be solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sadly, humans are the greatest weakness in any organization's security posture. It's helping them understand what their responsibilities are, and what they can do to make a difference. With how tough cyber insurance applications are becoming, having a security awareness platform is almost mandatory at this point.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly review mandatory training video - easy access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if there is anything specifically I would dislike. The platform is very straight forward for basic training purposes.
