Versatile awareness training tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We've sent out several campaign phishing emails this year, and were were able to customize them, and get detailed reports on the outcome of each campaign. Bonus that some were quite relevant - e.g. we had a user who had booked a flight on a particular airline, then received an email that their flight was cancelled (it was random chance that she received that one, but...).
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to customize a phishing email to be sent out at first, so there is a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping us identify potential security opportunities and perhaps categories (e.g. Social Media) that we need more focus on if employees are more likely to engage in from unsolicited emails. This helps us to better secure our network and tweak our filtering options for a safer environment.
Went there for the training videos, stayed for all the other amenities
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of the videos is extremely useful. We can find general videos on a particular topic, but as we grow we also take advantage of geo-specific trainings to address the particulars of a locale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downside because of the variety. On one occasion, we found that a particular video we liked was not available at our subscription level, but we resolved that by changing our subscription without too much extra expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareneess Training was initially seen as a quick fix for a gap we had in Privacy and Data Security Training as we were addressing a SOC2 audit. However, we were pleased enough with the product, and VERY surprised at all the additional features available at our price point, that we have continued to use KnowBe4 for training and beyond.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of KnowBe4 is that its relevance in peoples' personal lives as well as the business environment is outstanding.
The variety of topics including multifactor authentication and social media have received high praise from those who have gone through it, to the point where they can pass on the knowledge to their families and friends.
Updated contented ensures that the campaigns I create remain relevant to the uprising of different security threats.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything that I do not like about it.
Campaigns are simple to create, importing users is a breeze, and the link for users to access their assigned training never changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness is the key word here, our users are now being educated on the threats in the digital world and thinking twice before clicking links without question and know how to identify malicious emails.

It covers all important topics. It is of correct length. Not too long, not too short.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Training is your go-to for beefing up cybersecurity. It's not just for big corporations – it's got something for everyone, from basic tips to advanced tricks and easy for any level of user.
The training is anything but boring. It's interactive, with real-world scenarios and fake phishing emails to keep you on your toes. And they're always updating to tackle the latest hacker tricks.

The onlything I have found as a negative is there could be more new "games" available for the modstore.

Simple Platform with Engaging Content
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and set up campaigns. Employees receive reminders automatically. Wide variety of content that is engaging and relevant to our employees. Reporting capabiliites are excellent. And unlike other content I have viewed in the past, I think employees actually pay attention because it is not dry, boring training videos...and they actually learn something!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to add content from the "store" to my library before being able to add it to a campaign or assign it to an employee. Would be simpler if all content that was available to us was already available in the library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing security awareness education for our employees. Satisfies compliance requirements and helps our employees keep these risks at the forefront of their minds.
Powerful Security awareness training tool, some quirks
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a lot in terms of security awareness training. We have the ability not only to set up scheduled trainings for users based on department and group, but there is some limited ability to upload custom training documents. This has helped us during cybersecurity incidents. The quality of the training is generally good, although it is very office worker focused and we have some users who are more frontline. It would be nice to see trainings dedicated to frontline workers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more technical aspects of KnowBe4 can be buggy. SCIM and SSO are all-or-nothing, and I found that SCIM test mode did not work and just made everything live. We've also had various issues with false positives, but I don't think that's a problem unique to KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity training is a standard practice, and KnowBe4 is a great tool with a lot of customization. Especially if you're a business with a wide variety of departments performaning relatively disparate work.
What Every Bank Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and user friendly interface makes everything seamless. They are always adding more the to the platform and the new AIDA has been awesome. We have gotten compliments from employees that not only does this help them in the work environment but also has protect them from personal life situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any complaints. When a feature is missing they are using working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In banking, safeguarding our digital assets is critical. The training has provided a valuable tool where employees are more comfortable reacting to an email. The increase in knowledge from lower level employees to executive level has been drastic.
Eye Opener
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty eye opening to see how much people really don't know about cyber security. I am working to train my staff and KnowBe4 has been a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one thing it would be the amount of emails I get from them for upgrading our account.

Our subcsription has not a lot of vdieo training materials. SOmetimes, I end up assigning repeat training materials.
