Entertaining, efficient, and great support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using KnowBe4 for a few years to manage approximately 3000 users. They are constantly adding new content, updating existing content, and considering user feedback via the KnowBe4 community to improve the platform. I like that the training material is straightforward, and that they have a very large library from which to draw a variety of training materials to keep things fresh and varied for a wide audience. It's nice to be able to send out a training that I know isn't going to bore people to death, and the reporting and information available for all users is excellent. The automated features for setting up groups and training save time, and when I get stuck or have questions the support team is attentive, our account manager is friendly and has a wealth of resources, and the knowledge base is extensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish a few more of the features that are in some of the add-ons were available in our subscription, but I understand these things take additional development and support! When we do run into issues with a product we can see that they're actively working to improve it, and the fix always comes along eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use KnowBe4 to send out simulated phishing emails to help our associates practice, run training programs, and evaluate current levels of security.
Excellent training
What do you like best about the product?
It goes over many types of scams/phishing and prepares the user for identifying and dealing with dangerous emails. They have a lot of test campaigns that cover a variety of possible scam interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can only do fake phishing emails, eventually someday it needs to be able to do callback training and long-con scam training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps get the whole company trained to identify and avoid phishing scams.
Dipping my toes in...
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many more things built into this program than I ever imagines, and I am still learning what all it can do. I like the variety of training available and the prompts for ways to further reinforce our cybersecurity culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I initially disliked came from a lack of understanding about the program, and that is now being corrected. I inherited the admin position from someone who had not really dived very deep into KB4's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our employees become more aware of what to look for - not only in phishing emails, but in scam situations in general. It also gives us a great launching off point when doing training to be able to utilize the resources we've been provided.
Global modules for a global program
What do you like best about the product?
While leading a global human risk reduction program, one of the biggest challenges is finding training available in a lot of languages. KnowBe4 offers a huge library of training with an array of types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one dislike is the speed in which some of the key topics such as AI and Dark IT workers is released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is helping solve negative behavior problems while offering fun, interactive modules.
Helpful training
What do you like best about the product?
The KB4 platform is typically easy to manage with just a few annoyances. The training is well received by most end users and is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to build custom subtitles is frustrating. There have been several occasions where a training I wanted to offer wasn’t in a language I needed and would have halily translated it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KB4 training helps us with security the weakest link, the end users. I have received a lot of good feedback over the years about the insightfulness and how the information is offered.

What do you like best about the product?
They offer so many courses that you can choose from and can include in your training program. They have job specific courses too that you can assign for specific users/groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the classes aren't what our users expext
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving knowledge to the customers about the importance of various parts of cybersecurity, it allows us to be able to create a training program that works best for everyone.
Great UI, content and support
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has it all down to a science. The UI is easy to navigate, the content is well developed, and the customer service is on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes old out dated info can take a bit of time to cycle out from the pool

Certification requirements, audit requirements, and regulatory requirements. It also increases user engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I think the UI and functionality is the best in the business. I like the automated training setup that can be done. Easy to integrate and implement into our environment. Customer success has also been the best thing to help with ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we are not getting the future iterations of AIDA with the console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our users clicking on simulated phishing emails. This is benefiting us because if a real one comes through, they are better prepared to recognize it. This helps our company as a whole.
Amazing Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's KSAT platform is very easy to use, covers most areas of security awareness training, and is a very easy setup for all items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say bad about the platform. While I do have some ideas for additional changes that I personally desire, there is nothing holding me back from my day to day tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are covered on all areas of security awareness, as well as all desired remedial training due to simulated phishing failures.
Awesome Experince and each front-end
What do you like best about the product?
I would first off like to start by stating this has been an expotential force-multiplyer. The more people that are trained to spot potential phishing activity the safer are our orgaization is from threats which esentially makes our IT security team in fact, much bigger because each person is acting as a security analyst in there own way. The trainging is also very interactive and engaging fostering a community or culture of cyber awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont know of any downsides as when we started the program we had a much higer phish prone rate then we do today. That means we can statiscally see that the training is paying off and the product does what it is desined to do.

Its is solving the ongoing and ever-evolving lanscape of phishing in the fact that less and less users are falling for scams and the education is paying in spaded
