What do you like best about the product?
The great awarness and focus on the human element.
What do you dislike about the product?
Putting together training videos that is centered around a particular incident in the work place. At best we get scenairos that fit and sometimes they do not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be aware and avoid cyberheists through phishing. Helps staff to confront the fact that cybercriminals are trying to trick them. By the staff confronting that issue head on they become more aware and able to detect these scam emails. Learn how to take appropriate action like deleting the email or just simply not clicking a link at all.

We like the multitude of topics that we can select from for our users

I don't have a lot of disklikes when it comes to knowbe4
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an older user base and they are not always as keen to the various threats that are out there. The training modules help shine light on things they may not fully understand. Our firm makes the training mandatory quarterly and this has helped

User friendly interface and easy training fpor different durations and phishing campaigns to meet regulatory requirements. Easy provisioning and deprovising of users. Rolling out training was super easy too. Easy Automation using the rules.

Customization more options to tailor the training content and phishing simulations to better fit specific organizational needs. Training content can be repetitive such a different duration of Kevin Mitnick trainings

What do you like best about the product?
The most excellent security awareness training is the 30-minute 2024 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training; after completing it, our employees have a greater understanding of security protocols.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the manager was left in the organizational. unable to change the serverl user in same The manager was removed from our organization, however. not able to allocate the specific user to the new manager manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some time the user clicking the training link the training completed it automatically with out the user completion, we have to verfiy the mark ther asgine restart the training.Sometimes when a user clicks on a training link, the training ends automatically without the user having to finish it; in this case, we need to confirm the mark and then begin the training again.

Does a good job of showing how to spot fake emails

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 product continues to expand, but at its core is the Awareness Training. This training is vital in helping train users to stop, slow down, and think about how they interact with their email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the KnowBe4 training is lacking. For instance event correlated training where a user might have shipped a package and then receives an email from the shipping company. But, in reality the email just happened to arrive at the perfect time and since the user did not have there guard up they either clicked or responded to the spam/malicious email without the normal guards in place. I have requested this and hope that they start to provide it in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the training alone we have stopped and been able to rip malicious emails that made it past our email security due to users Phish Alerting the email. The training tought them what to do and then they have implemented it. The product is worth the money invested.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With their trainings they help users to be alert and very cautios on emails attachments and links, web downloads and even phone calls, they teach about phishing, spoofing and vishing

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Traning provides a creative, engaging method of learning for its users. What I enjoyed the most about KnowBe4 is the wide variety of training interactions from the KnowBe4 Library, as well as the continuous up-to-date information.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I found somewhat bothersome was the limitation with the KnowBe4 Phish Alert Add-In for Outlook. The concept and functionality of the add-in is superb. However, I wish there were more customizations for the add-in such as more categories for a user to classify the phish under and the ability to work with third party email filters for blacklisting automation. Overall, that was the only minute issue with KnowBe4.

KnowBe4 has resolved numerous vulnerabilities withion our enviroment. KnowBe4 has added more awareness to social engineering and phishing emails for our employees.
