What do you like best about the product?
They get the content right every time regardless of what we're trying to train for. Additionally, our customer success representative has been nothing short of amazing throughout our time with KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really come up with anything negative about the security awareness training. We have been nothing but satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The awareness training is solving problems by educating our end users on topics they might not otherwise encounter until it's too late. The proactive way that we're training our users is preventing problems not only for our business, but in their personal lives as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set schedules to keep all employees on training and build out plans to add based on their level of knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this time that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continued education on all aspects that could impact our business. This tool allows us to continuely keep our employees educated and informed on ways to approach any security risks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation. The expansive offering of training, and the name recognition as a proven industry leader. Everyone knows about KnowBe4 and uses it as a benchmark to compare security awareness training programs with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found anything to dislike yet; there is plenty more for us to engage with in our environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping us inform us better educate our users around security and risks.
Best Training provider across the globe
What do you like best about the product?
Awareness training campaign customization, Phishing campaign questions quality, Training video quality (Best in the world), and Email customization option. Easily integrated with Azure AD. Best Customer Support. Platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes more than expected time to launch the training campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 is helping us to provide industry-standard training to all of our company users in the easiest way. Humans are our last line of defense and without proper security training, we cannot protect our system from cyber attacks. So it is helping us on all type of Social engineering attack, compliance and fun video games for learning purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most commendable aspects of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is its user-centric approach. The platform provides engaging and interactive content that resonates with users of all levels of technical expertise. From phishing simulations to cybersecurity best practices, the training modules are designed to be easily digestible yet profoundly impactful, catering to diverse learning styles and preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could provide more features on modstore for uploading content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The assignment of the training. I can automate everything on the platform.

The self explaining videos with "almost" real situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some situations a at the videos are not realistinc and users doesn't feel identified with those.

With the awareness thraining they provide the missing U on "Sec_rity"

Content, but Compliance Plus needs more PCI content to help us meet training requirments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Battling the users that delete and ignore SAT as Spam or Phishing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is its simple but direct approach - no around the corner type of product that ends you hoping for the best. What you see is what you get --- and what you see is THE BEST! KB4 also in the current trend and has the campaign ideas that are reusable in all events. Plus - they have the BEST TEAM of people during implementation period.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any because the Trainings/Campaigns are well thought of --- however, it would be nice if there'll be a development of dynamic Trainings where an object or image interacts when clicked. Something I thought would be fun for the users :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns on cybersecurity protocols & practices, along social media behavior which is very dominant in current organization now. KB4 campaigns on these areas helped a lot to broaden and expand users' security mindset.

What do you like best about the product?
I will say that in the year that I have been using Knowbe4's training the options to create groups in the console, to have the availability to set up trainings that will role out at certain times and the ease of use and intergration is wonderful. We have added extra things to this to strngthen our security awarness and it has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 doesn't offer a lot of automation, it can be a very manual platform but that can have it's perks too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved so many user issues for us, our click rate has went down and we have employees that are happy to do trainings. Also as I said before we also implimited some extra incentives for employees.
