Regularly train employees
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate, and I like that you can automate some things based on your needs or just run certain things manually. The tracking features are great, too; you can easily track users who have not completed their training and then have the system send reminder emails automatically, which is a huge time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building campaigns, it would be nice to add users by name or group rather than just by group; it might be easier to pull names rather than putting the people you want doing the training into a group first and selecting that group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 saves us a lot of time in implementing training regularly, which is one of the biggest benefits. It's also easy to set up different types and variations of trainings based on your organization's needs. It can be used for running training campaigns and phishing simulations. You can also use it to disseminate policies, such as an Acceptable Use of Technology policy; we use it to track who has acknowledged the policy and users who still need to review and acknowledge it.
KnowBe4 Solid Training/Simulation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Getting your users provisioned into KnowBe4 is pretty simple. Having both training and simulated campaigns setup running is a breeze with their tools. It is a great platform to gauge the level of vulnerability of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their PhishER platform for managing reported emails through their phish alert button could be more robust. It helped to remediate attacks but not help to prevent them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to help us understand the level of vulnerability of our end users. They are one of the biggest security vectors, and having a gauge of their knowledge about phishing attacks is greater. Also, being able to easily assign training to users is greater as well
Good SaaS with Great Information with some Flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Kick-starting the whole deployment, configuration and onboarding process is a breeze. A detailed Configuration guide for the administrator makes the entire process much more straightforward. Triggering wave after wave of Security Awareness Training is as simple as a few clicks, and reports generated after training are easily understandable by management rather than complex algorithms or technical terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two downsides of the software: users are smart enough to navigate away from the browser to continue with their daily work, and they can skip the video until the end of the current video to complete the training. Security Awareness Training is not being maximised with the two flaws in place. Users are doing it just for the sake of achieving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Security Awareness to not fall prey to phishing scams. Bad actors are targeting more phishing scams than ever. More users aware of their security posture will reduce the impact on IT Resources and the widespread Internally Spread Phishing emails.
Attractive training materials for the users and easy to deploy and manage by IT people
What do you like best about the product?
Training is almost in every language, and for a global company, it helps to do uniform training worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must go to the higher subscription to get the best training pieces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The available materials to distribute to users and how easy it is to share them with a couple of mouse clicks. With other solutions, it was most challenging to find the appropriate material.
Conversely, the follow-up of the results by user and how his security score evolves, it's helpful to know where to put the focus.

I think it does a good job teaching users how to handle email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a good tool as long as users don't ignore it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping teach users how to handle phishing emails.
Short and clear security awareness courses
What do you like best about the product?
bring awarness across company also in teams and for people who don't handle security related matters on day to day basis
What do you dislike about the product?
The training interface is a bit outdated

Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure, allows for limited IT touch time but still effective training for your employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial config requires you to spend a good bit of time learning the KB4 way of doing things. A little bit more universal GUI and it could be killer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and C level phishing training.
Easy to administer, even easier to get data on the training.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the lessons are up to date and include newer items on the horizon. They dont treat you as a dummy. Its just great training. The training is well received with our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training can get a little tedious but the users seem to enjoy it. I personally get all I can from the training but have to come back as I get bored of the questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it is training my users to spot suspicious email to report it or delete it. It also gets them aware and they alert to email that are not even spam, it works so well.
KNoHSo becuase you shoud so
What do you like best about the product?
informative, hands on, industry leading Kevin Mitnick and team designing with continual improvements and integrations that train in multiple facets via the annual learning, phishing campaigns and additional microlearning opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of granularity and abilities in the phishing portal to allow for more detailed campaigns, escalations, trainings and reporting to have better control of not only the phishing campaigns but also reeducation and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing annual training to help employees be more aware and vigilant to help protect the frontlines while aslo being reminded and educated with ongoing phishing campaings and real phising attempts.
Great platform for awareness campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and relatively easy to learn. Tons of educational resources that allow admins to be creative in setting up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some glitches have been difficult to troubleshoot (e.g., false positives) and it is challenging to reach a technical team member. Also would appreciate some info providing context for the industry standard benchmark to give it clear credibility, like the number of organizations involved in the estimates used in the benchmark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's increasing our employees' understanding of phishing emails. Over time, report rates have increased and click rates have decreased.
