A Wonderful Security Awareness Tool

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the automation of security awareness training and simulated phishing tests. The training modules are also very good and informative. I also use PhishER to automate and respond to employee reported phishing emails. This frees up time for me and my team. PhishER is a very powerful and helpful tool. I run monthly phishing simulations and it keeps our employees' skills sharp.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about KnowBe4 is the reporting. Reporting has gotten much better over the last few years but can be hard to run the correct specific reports. I think this will improve over the next few years as they have already made very good progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our employees trained and know how to spot a phishing email. We also use the PhishAlert Icon and PhishER to report and automate phishing responses.

KnowBe4 is world class

What do you like best about the product?
Even the basic subscription is great, but there are so many additional features. The support is outstanding; they walk you through every step of implementation and it integrated seemlessly. We use every feature regularly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. The product is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased KB4 SA mainly for email security, however we found that, because there are so many features, we've expanded this into many other areas. We've experienced a marked improvement in emplyee behavior and knowledge.

A vast library to meet our CyberSecurity Needs!

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
They had an enormous library to choose from - this really allowed us to filter down and choose exactly what would meet our CyberSecurity training needs - both for initial hires and our annual follow-up reviews!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single thing from my standpoint! It is easy to use and implement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring all our endusers are aware of the potential CyberSecurity pitfalls, but also how to avoid them. When we run our random phishing test, VERY few participants failed!

Easy to create training schedules for all or for groups with a large library of available training or create your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if we could more easily report on training completion by group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping users know what to look for and what to guard against in the use of electronic tools

Utilized For Every Role in Our Firm

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the content is exceptional. Relevant information that is up-to-date, provided in direct and interesting ways that keep the audience's attention but also make the message memorable. Multiple formats such as long and short videos, clips, quizzes, and media campaigns to utilize inside your offices or on your company intranet are really useful. The best part of the platform is the ability to leverage deployment of trainings in an easy fashion, monitor timeliness of completion, utilize the reports for regulatory audits, as well as gain statistical analysis on both individual employees as well as the firm as whole to identify the quality of cybersecurity awareness for your organization. Also, Board trainings are extremely well-received by my Board of Directors and always result in robust discussion of cybersecurity trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the plot-driven series a great deal but one of the best series has a whole season just more about social media awareness than the variety of areas covered across each of the other seasons' episodes. Because of this, we had to step away from the series and use the catalog of trainings to cover all the areas we typically cover. The plot-driven aspect means that our users will probably not get to enjoy the plot as much if we return to that series after skipping a whole season. I was pretty bummed as a Compliance Officer because the feedback and interest in the series from even the most training-apathetic staff was truly an outlier response to mandatory training I had never seen throughout my career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realistic concerns such as Phishing threats (which occur for us daily), clean desk practices (which always seem to require frequent reminders and testing), and getting people to actually pay attention to training material as opposed to playing it and zoning out. It's too engaging to ignore.

KnowBe4 - The Best Option for Cyber Education

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our subscription gives us access to tons of courses. The courses are updated regularly and are very relevant to today's issues in cybersecurity. In addition, we have the PhishER service and that's helped tremendously with threats that make their way through our email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of product documentation on their site but I think that there could be more live person support if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Education is key to comabting cyber threats - while it's not the end all, it helps give people tips and tricks to be aware of.

KnowBe4 works for us!

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've used KnowBe4 with the two companies I've worked with and will continue to use it. It is as comprehensive as you want the program to be. The service advisors are top notch and are very familiar with the program. Elizabeth has been instrumental in assisting me with setting up the training and testing each quarter. Employees have a favorable attitude towards the training platform, finding it interesting and engaging.
The program is relatively easy to integrate with our MS 365 Outlook tenant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learing curve is a little steep, as the platform has many different options for testing & training. This is where our service advisor has really earned her stripes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the first things I did when starting at my current company was to have a penetration test performed on the entire network. The results were pathetic. MFA was not being used; users had no idea of what a phishing message really is, how to spot one or what to do. The pen test revealed that our users were clicking on any and everything with no regard for safety. KnowBe4 changed that in 6 months. The first thing was to implement MFA on all MS 365 accounts. Once our users received proper training on what to look for and how to look for it our risk score began to change drastically. Now users have a healthy dose of paranoia and are analyzing their incoming messages much more closely.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training - A must have for every company

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is most helpful when it comes to having the ability to train each employee on anything, wheather is about security, HR, or even how to perform a job task.
The upsides are you can train every day, once a month, ad-hoc, or once a year. Really any time needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I try to find a dislike on KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, but every time, we can't really find anything wrong with it. At least for now, I have not been in this situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is mostly solving phishing attempts, teaching none IT skilled employees how security work and why the company needs to be protected and they are part of helping protect the company.

KnowBe4 is our go-to for security awareness training for our staff

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been in the training industry for the longest time and has the most intensive knowledge of the primary security concerns. Implementation took minutes and it is very easy for staff to follow. Customer Service is always there to assist when we need a particular integration implementation. Our staff is required to take a monthly trainnig or phishing campaign test.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that KnowBe4's platform had better features for customer created training content so that we can put all of our training materials on one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has resolved our need for industry leading training and monitoring.

Excellent training platform.

  • February 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can tailor training to where I think the staff need it the most. The training can be a couple of mins or it can be an hour whatever I think is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could be a little bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting our staff to think about Security on a regular basis so it is always something they question before they click on a link or visit a site.
