Easy to setup, track, and use.
What do you like best about the product?
We like that there is several modules available to use and they are updated on a regular basis, our employees have fell in love with "The Inside Man", we even released the latest season in its entirety because they kept asking what was happening next. We also like that we are able to easily assign and track compliance to those assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right not we are very satisifed and don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is helping solve overall awareness in cybersecurity and is helping our employees not only in the office but at home as well as their families.
KB4 has helped us with user training and in fostering a security-minded workplace
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple formats for learning which will appeal to different audiences. From things as simple as posters up to full video series that explore a topic more in-depth, depending on your subscription level, that helps with both a general kind of training suite as well as targeted campaigns to ensure specific information is emphasised to staff.
Sales and support staff are excellent, always willing to work with us and help - whether that's because I have questions or they just check in to make sure we're aware of some new material that is available or to ask if we need assistance with setting up some schedules or campaigns.
Integration with Active Directory (via a sync tool) and with Entra makes it easy to get all of our users into the system and ready to go.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are multiple subscription levels, I find that sometimes only and introductory video in a series is available and not until the highest level of subscription are we able to access the rest of the series.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are both the greatest strength and the weakest link when it comes to security. We can implement all the network and system security we like, but if someone clicks on a link they shouldn't, or opens an email attachment that they shouldn't, all of that security is bypassed. Helping to get our staff thinking about security all the time to the point that it becomes a natural part of their process is extremely important. The various methods available to get that information and training to them is very helpful in fostering that kind of environment.
Simple, Powerful, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a wide suite of tools that help our company meet our compliance and training needs. The most useful module is the phishing training, which offers a comprehensive suite of templates and delivery strategies. We run automated phishing campaigns with it monthly and manual compaigns as needed. The automation aspect of the security training modules is also very helpful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the training modules lack details or actionable information compared to what we would like to see for certain subjects. They are also fairly repetitive accross the board, with phishing dominating most security topics.

Automation of security awareness training compliance, phishing training.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there was anything i could fix about knowbe4 its that the phising er opens in another tab

Its helping my staff with passwords and checking for phising

The platform has good training material and easy to set up scheduled training for the whole year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some material that is just tutorial training without user having to answer questions.

Training employes on the current fraudulent scemes that are out there and how to resond to suspicious events

The videos are well produced and I always learn something new!
What do you dislike about the product?
People don't realize how well done they are and avoid watching them because most training videos are awful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing awareness to the end user that don't normally have much experience with cybersecurity.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives a very comprehensive overview of the scope of the training. The training is interactive and gives insight of security measures for users. Ease of use was positive.

Very good product, don't really have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide users with proper training to be aware of any phishing emails that may be delivered in their mailbox. This will allow them to know to flag emails and alert security of any malicious emails coming in.

It teaches non-technical users what to look for, so they can spot a scam and helps keep them from clicking on everything that comes into their inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users whining when they need to watch a 3 min training video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer users clicking on bad links or responding to obvious scam emails.

avoid malicious emails, the meaning of things and the different types of attacks
What do you dislike about the product?
there are a lot of theoretical videos and the questions are very common, maybe for users with little knowledge this can be difficult to understand.

I think the training should be every sox months oppsed to once a year.
