What do you like best about the product?
Their support is fantastic. Very responsive and listen to suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more frequent additions and updates to the existing training modules. There are quite a few to choose from though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information Security training for our users, as well as easy to set up and manage internal phishing testing/training

Great all around product

What do you like best about the product?
It shows employees how to spot phishing emails, along with informing them on how easily it is to create a phishing email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training modules get a little repedative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us train users on phishing attacks and spam emails so we do not have to train our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up a campaign with all the content needed to meet our company goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Security Awareness Training meets our goals so no downside for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security of our company and it's assets is the driving force behind our use of this training. The SSAE 21 Soc II Audit is the second factor in keeping ur employees current with security measures.

Great way to train and test your users with a vast library of resources to pull from

What do you like best about the product?
This product can fit into any security training needs, and is easy to setup and use. Support was fast to respond when I did need help during initial setup. We integrated it with Azure SSO and have followed their implimentation guide to get initial user assessments completed to establish a baseline and now have quarterly phishing tests scheduled with auto-enrollment in remedial training for users who fail the tests. There are a number of other resources available including print materials for handouts or wall posters and videos and other content can can be integrated into presentations or other materials. We probably use a quarter of the features available to us, and plan to utilize it more over time, but even with the level of testing and training we have now, we've already seen a massive improvement in our employees reporting emails and correctly identifying real and simulated phishing emails. Even with our small organization, we use it daily and have new users auto-enrolled in assessments, etc. to keep the dashboards accurately reflecting the knowledge level of our employees and can even see aggregate by department or the whole org.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first, but once initial setup and integration with your user data is ready to go, it's entirely up to you to device how much or how little you do and can easily be scaled up or back as-needed. The content library is massive and can be confusing to decide what is the most relevant and/or included in your subscription, but there are filters you can play with to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User security education in general, specifically on the safe handling of and identifying and reporting suspicious emails. The training provided exposes our employess to a broad knowlegde base of computer, email, and network security practices as well as common scams/spams/phishing and other attack vectors that we could not adequately spread the word about by ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 platform as a whole is a great way to monitor security compliance. The available courses are broad, and would be good if you did not have access to a larger pool of better designed courses. As an all in one, with no other systems or services available, KnowBe4 could be a beneficial platform for an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that the training courses themselves are not impressive compared to other content that is out there. The completion tracking for multiple courses has reported incorrectly to our LMS, the navigation buttons are in inconvenient places that cause user confusion, and the seriousness of these subjects is not reflected in many of the slapstick designs. We have discussed with customer service, and they are very compassionate and try to understand, but their level of understanding regarding the importance of these items does not seem to be there. The main focus is IT security compliance, not instructional design. As an instructional designer, this poses an issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phishing campaigns and phish prone percentage tracking are very useful and easy to maneuver. The reporting is good, though locating reports once you create them could be a bit more structured and intuitive.

Made to Order Security Awareness Training!

What do you like best about the product?
The broad range of topics and the ability to upload our own content and the ability to brand the training! Useful for more than just Security Awareness - an effective and efficient training portal for the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing the notices for the Campaigns and creating new notices could be more straight-forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest is record keeping for all the Security Awareness training that we do and the Compliance training! Saves all of us involved in training a ton of time.
Have also been able to assist HR in additional workplace training and the General Counsel in Hatch Act and Ethics training and Compliance in all of their training needs.

What do you like best about the product?
it gives us the feedback we need to know like how many people are taking it how long they stay signed in. We also like the phishing campains that we are able to build ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not a whole lot not to like. Its a good product and it is well written with up to date senarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helps with our cyberseurity insurance by having this system in place.

This Training Keeps Digital Security Top of Mind

What do you like best about the product?
Our company requires this training yearly. It takes about an hour. On top of that, we get different phishing type emails monthly to test our skills. No pass = another short training. I also get a weekly email, that's a couple minutes read, to keep me informed on cyber security threats to look out for. I believe this whole combination has caused me and our company in general to be more aware of what phishing and other cyber threats look like and how to avoid them. This is not just helping us protect the job's assets but our personal ones as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the yearly training videos can be forgotten over time. There are other videos availabe in the KnowBe4 suite, so it would be good if when we get those weekly emails, it also included a suggested video that we had the option of viewing through our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 training is keeping me vigilant of cybersecurity threats and how to avoid them which is helping me be a better steward of my company's assets and my personal assets.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about KB4 is the amount of choices in content you have to present to your users about security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have is that my KnowBe4 customer success manager always calls me at 5:00 PM as I'm walking out the door. lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables my users to know how to spot scams and phishing in their emails. This solves the education problem.

Training videos for all types of users

What do you like best about the product?
The training videos we send out to our staff are a custom fit for the different user levels we have in the company. You do not need to be in IT to understand the training videos and answer the short quizzes at the end of the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about the training videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training videos have helped us with reporting phishing email with the PAB button. Our users are now training to report those suspicious emails and less eager to open every email they receive.
