What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It is user friendly to both the end user and the admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything thus far that I don't like. It's great you can clone the trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving keeping our organization safe and benefiting the ease of use for me of training my end users.

Educating your team the fun way!

What do you like best about the product?
Emplloyee's actually like it. Compared the others in the market KnowBe4 created a eduaction tool that gives your team a teaching tool that will help your employees and not just be another thing they need to get out of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nor much to dislike here. Of course pricing could be better but you get what you pay for as they say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and Employee education. Less clicks less chance of breach. Its that simple.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provide a rich, deep set of security (and other) training options and automated testing features that have evolved with our company and, more importantly, ever-changing cybersecurity risks. We use KnowBe4 all the time for our training programs and automated phish testing, and find the overall administration to be intuitive. We have also been very happy with customer support in the rare cases where we've needed it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to search/manage the training ("mod") library for courses. It would also be nice to have additional customization/branding options for courses beyond what is currently supported. User management can be a little tedious when not integrated with a directory provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to provide annual security and sexual harrassment training for our employees and contractors. We also need to provide simultated phishing exercises to help our team prepare for real threats. KnowBe4 provides a rich framework and training content to support all of these needs.

Actually, nothing. trainings and the follow up emails are very good designed.

Educating users about being mindfull about the emails they get on daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The training is up to date, direct to the subject matter. Short and concise training. IT can send trainings out, send out the spam test emails, and follow up with additional training. Customer support is AWESOME, they walk you through the entire process, as many times as needed. We use it monthly to test our users for spam. Super easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time for IT to learn how to use it. Time is limited. It is easy to integrate to any network. It Just has to take the time to learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our users aware of the risks that are out in the world. How to avoid them, how to make sure our users stay safe in the cyber world

What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are not easy to customize to great details.

Full compliance with requlatory requirements of users continues training and testing

What do you like best about the product?
It''s easy to use. Just set it up and pretty much let it do it's thing. Easy to navigate the admin portal as well. Love the Phish Alert Button!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to think of at the moment. We've had a few feature requests but nothing that is a showstopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the phishing campaigns which has really buttoned up our employee awareness. We went from a baseline of 40% and now hovering close to the industry address of 5.5%

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using it for the past 3 years with around 80 employees

- Onboarding went pretty well
- Reccurent follow-ups, we really feel they care about our success with their tools
- Languages | We needed french content for training and phishing campaigns and the content is great
- Creating phishing campaigns and setting trainings is intuitive
- Decent Pricing
- Tools included (PhishAlert Button and SecondChance) are a good thing to help end users
What do you dislike about the product?
Some trainings (like the ones with Kevin Mitnick) aren't voice-translated for other languages.
It's subtitled, so some users find it harder to understand,

Other than that, more thans satisfied overall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deals with security awareness with very low involvement from IT Team.
Greatly decreases our phish-prone percentage.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are very helpful and easy to understand. It is one of the best training platforms I have ever trained on. The library feature added a lot of technical videos and that is helping me to protect from social enginering attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical games can be improved. More technical training on Kevin
mitnick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is training my team to protect us from social engineering attacks, training us on password security, physical security, and a lot more. The phish alert button feature resolves our suspicious email reporting problem.
