What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is clever in creating security and safety information that is fun to watch, read and listen to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so much that I dislike KnowBe4 but the whole security awareness is difficult to get people to want to learn. You are doing well in trying to make it interesting to those that do not care so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email campaigns keep our users on their toes to spot phishing scams. It generates conversation when the email go out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the meetings with my customer service rep to discuss my needs and make sure my training is scheduled and updated
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to not have to whitelist so many email addresses, but it gives them a variety of addresses to send from to keep our employees on their toes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 training emails actually come from outside our network and it eliminates the need to try and fool our users with tricky emails. The short video training modules have our users engaged and they are learning to spot risky behavior in real time. It teaches them to look for and be aware of potential security concerns before they happen. It has helped us change our cybersecurity culture.
good training modules and very easy to add and remove users

users seem to like them and i can follow their progress easily

not enough modules specific to netowrk and computer/phishing training

helping the users to be more aware of the where their email comes from and what not to click on

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a great way to educate staff on the dangers of cyberattacks, phishing, and the tactics used by criminals to exploit vulnerabilities in organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' thave anything negative to say about KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My end users are very aware, and much more careful about what the do on technology. It has been a great teaching tool.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Training modules, templates, and simulated phishing tests are engaging and easy to understand, even for users with little security knowledge. There is a large library of security awareness content, including a variety of styles, tones, and formats. Implentation was so easy! Love that we can frequently conduct automated phishing campaigns and send simulated phishing and training campaigns to employees on an ongoing basis. Easily track the progress of individual users. Integrate with Active Directory.

There is not a single thing that I dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

It helps us manage security issues like phishing, and ransomware attacks.
Its a great tool to test our users on phishing test

Being able assign traning to our users if they fail a test

Nothing to dislike of the Knowbe4 , its a great tool.

I like that Knowbe4 uses actors for their security training videos and sketches.

easy to set up training and track, ease of use

KnowBe4 is easy and their team helps you automate the training process
What do you like best about the product?
Automations - We are linked to active directory and our staff is automatically added into plans. Their team helped us setup automated campaigns to train our staff and phishing campaigns. If someone is a clicker on a phishing email. they are automatically enrolled in additional training and phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super straight forward on its own, I appreciate my customer success manager being available when we have questions on how to achieve something within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Must do security training for compliance purposes. Trainings are relevant and there are different levels for different types of users.
