A good relationship with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to tailor our training to individuals or groups within our organization to meet the specific needs of those groups. The tools are easy to use and KnowBe4 has a fairly comprehensive self test capability. Implemntation was easy and the KnowBe4 staff is always there to walk you through the setup of new tests or training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way around it...As people come and go from the organization, the person responsible for KnowBe4 has some periodic maitenance work to do in order to keep the user lists and keep testing groups clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 not only helps us track various types of training for compliance purposes, but also provides fresh training material as compared with some of the older training sites currently available for Financial Security Training.
Great training, and happy with are with the company, I think it has been very helpful for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Good test for our employees, and I like the current training series.
What do you dislike about the product?
The penatration testing seems a little outdated, and should be more current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaches employees not to just click on anything that just comes in their e-mail. When in doubt, just delete the e-mail or report it.

Security Awareness Training and Email Phishing Campaigns with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
In my role, it is essential to keep email and network security at the forefront of users' minds. After all, our users are the first line of defense. KnowBe4 allows us to quickly set up automated monthly phishing tests to help train our users in spotting potential email phishing attempts. Also, KnowBe4's training modules have a great deal of content that is very customizable to meet the needs of any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an Administrator's perspective, I really like all the management tools, but some of the settings can be cumbersome to figure out without diving deep into the knowledge base. The knowledge base has a lot of information, but it is not always presented in a way that quickly resolves questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4's security awareness training has helped our employees be more aware of the daily dangers of email and social engineering. Our users have made improvements in recognizing and reporting phishing attempts. In addition, the training modules help keep security awareness fresh in our users' minds and help them better understand the importance of the part they play in keeping our company more secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Phshing simulations are getting better and better. Plus, user risk profiles makes it easier to manage training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some trainings are outdated. Need more tranings to be included for non-tech user base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps run phishing simulations smoothly. Helps us prepare better for BEC compromise.
Great Training Tool for Phishing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are many options to choose from when it comes to scheduling and sending out training to my endusers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of links that it takes to get to my training.

Training my endusers on what to look out for with the recieve a phishing email.

nothing, it seems fine for what it accomplishes

Our employees are more cautious about opening and clicking on emails

Nice variety of training videoes to cover the many areas of internet and email security

Some videos are too long so I have to look at run time because our users are impatient

The main thing is suer education and to make them aware of different Internet and email threats

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 security awareness training is always updated to stay current.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is I wish there were more speific trainings (malware, etc.)

Policy acknowledgements and up to date information regarding current trends.
KnowBe4's Product is Solid
What do you like best about the product?
The content is of high quality and it's easily digestable
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some tweaks that could make it better, for instance I set the start date for a training module in the past by mistake and it didn't start. Then if you set the start date and it starts, even if it's only just started there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it and move the assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our users be more aware of how they can utilize our computer systems in a secure way as they do their jobs. Our phish rate has seen a decline recently.
