Comprehensive training platform for security and privacy
What do you like best about the product?
The library of training choices is quite extensive. I like how we can tailor each year's annual campaigns based on what we want to include and there are so many options to go through. The content has almost always been right on target and updated with the accelerating threat landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users still seem to struggle navigating into KB4 and doing their training. I don't know exactly how to suggest improvement in the UI necessarily. But it comes up here and there. One thing I've noticed is that when I get the KB4 email with trainings to do, I click the link to follow to the training, go through my SSO, and then it opens on the landing page and not on the training I clicked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the phishing campaigns every quarter to test and evaluate the risk of our employees in that manner. I love this part. The SAT portion is more to fulfill control requirements.
I not only appreciated the content of training, but appreciate the scope of topics covered.
What do you like best about the product?
Pre-packaged content. Numerous options to choose from. Easily digestable for wide range of employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that comes to mind is kind of nit-picking, but options for customizing your own content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of compliance requirements that mandate our user base is educated on a wide range of cybersecurity topics. We also use KnowBe4 for HR-related compliance training as well.

Secuirty traings are really good, new traings help us in secuirty education

When conducting the phishing campagins it gives us a false postive, but support is incridble

As an administrator sometimes setting up the campaigns can have issues howerver our rep can always get us through it.

Great Security Awareness Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it randomizes the phishing email tests so all staff don't get the same one and spread the word.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. Its easy to use and feature rich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its letting us know who in our district is lacking knowledge of how to spot phishing emails and then provides training for them to help reduce our risk of getting phished.

Easy to setup and fake spam emails to test the end users awareness, good training material

Some content are shown in Japanese with English subtitle, can have more orginal content

Improve end users awareness of the spam and phsising email, they are more cautious and careful than before
KnowBe4 is a Must Have At Your Company
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has really helped us educate our work force on the dangers that lurk out ther in the IT world, especially phishing. They provide user friendly training videos that we can easily manage. Their PhishER has also been extrememly helpful for us to compbat malicios emails that make it past our spam filter. A user can report the phish and once in PhishER, we can analys the message headers and links, and even extract duplicate copies from everyone else's mailbox that may have gotten it.
We have it connected to our Microsoft 365 platform, so it is easy to create new users.
When we do need support, they have been super helpful. As we are going through NIST and Sox compliance, KnowBe4 has been a brand that is trusted among industry experts.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are absolutly no downsides to training our users and protecting our company from bad actors. One feature I'd like is for PhishRip to allow us to rip emails when we change the content of what it searchs for to rip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day, bad actors get better and better at trying to get our users to hand over their data. KnowBe4 has helped us teach them what to look for, and what not to do.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos were easy to use and helpful because they had a person explaining ways to "trick" users and cause them to compromise the security of multiple sources of information. There were also checks for understanding along the way to ensure you grasped the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything to share that I disliked. I thought the training was concise and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This training helps keep me and my school protected by showing all the ways that hackers, etc. try to trick you in sharing information or attaching your network.
Very good solution for Security Awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowB4 has a simple user interface that makes it easy to setup and deploy training and phishing campaigns quickly. There are many different modules to chose from and our user's click through rates have dramatically dropped since using the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes about the platform. Assigning users to groups is actually a bit confusing but otherwise platform is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 to train and educate end users. We deploy multiple phishing exercises each month including the AI generated campaigns. We also deliver training content via the KnowB4 library. There are lots of modules to chose from that keep our users interested!

What do you like best about the product?
The training provided by KnowBe4 is a great asset to our cyber security. There are options for different situations, knowledge levels, interests, etc... The trainings keep us up to date and provided real life situations to relate to. I highly recommend your organization implementing KnowBe4 trainings. It is ieasy to use, integrate and implement and there has been great customer support. It is also great to be able to set the frquency in which traings take place within our schedule.

I do not have anything to complain about with KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making staff aware of potential issues and how to prevent them is the biggest benefit.
