What do you like best about the product?
The content is complete and entertaining. The options for our end users are wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Convincing our end users to actually do their training assignments on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to supply yearly Cyber Security training to our users and verify completion. This product fulfills those needs.

What do you like best about the product?
From an HR standpoint, I like that I can add legal compliance trainings in the same system that our IT department uses. This streamlines the process and simplifies everything for employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with the system overall. The one downside is that assigning training is a bit manual for us but that's due to how the system is managed rather than the system capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 for the compliance library for HR-related trainings. This allows us to give mandated training to employees across the US.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of materials in various formats to accommodate all levels of skills. Materials are insightful and helpful to ensure compliance with various standards and regulations. Integration was seamless and easy as well as the adoption from the user population. Administration is as intuititve as it can be and there are no hidden settings that one would have to dig each day to uncover. Support is avialble and their access to the tenant is given expressly for the required assistance, they do not have constant access to the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a very small thing: some materials would be helpful to be available in more languages, Language barrier is still a thing today and people do not always apprciate subtitles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost all problems regarding awareness of employees. Aware employees mean safer operations and reduces chances of error.

Module-specific and job-specific test attacks
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is clunky for resending/recredentialing users; users report confusion on completion status of training modules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity should be top of mind, especially in healthcare. KnowBe4 checks a lot of boxes of keeping users up to date on vulnerabilities and best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
The campaigns can design emails to make you think to check with others before taking any actions. If you fail the test, you get an email saying you have to redo the training. You can create Awareness training as often as needed for your staff, especially for businesses that have a lot of turnover.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say anything bad about KB4 its a great tool. It will send emails to your staff to make them think if it could actually be legit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the clients that it's rolled out to, it helps their end-users experience fake emails, understand what to look for and how they can find little things the bad actors could do. If the end user still isn't sure, there is a Phish button to hit and you can check with your security team to see if the email was a scam. But the clients that fell for the scams, they suffered an attack. What is the old saying, "A hard head makes a soft a.."

KnowBe4's suite of product can be challenging to use and customize.

It solves the knowledge and awareness gap. Risk mitigation is key and KB4 lets me know where I can shore up.

What do you like best about the product?
Cost - the platform fits our budget. Additionally, the technical setup piece was simple and straightforward. The support team is also very responsible with questions and assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content is dated and the games and other creative options do not hit the mark for my user base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to deploy a security awareness training platform for our SOC2 compliance initiatives and KnowBe4 provides this service for us.

KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training Provides Valuable End User Training

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training provides wholistic anti-phish education for end users. There is a mix of teaching techniques in order to reach all learners. It also provides great practice for identifying phishing emails that simulate real-world attempts. It's incredibly easy to use, and all of our employees have been able to complete it without IT staff intervention. It's easily deployable to new staff members and intergrates well with Microsoft products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback regarding KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training. I am very happy with this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small-to-medium sized organization with staff members from diverse backgrounds, KnowBe4 provides a strong foundation for end user security. I find that it is easy to understand for those who are unfamiliar with the concept of phishing, but it also provides useful and new information for users who already have an understanding of phishing strategies. The Security Awareness Training is always up-to-date. End users who complete this training are far less likely to click on a phishing email.
