Knowbe4, train your org with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The easy user connection between Azure (Entra) and KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out as a disklike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is allowing our organization to train everyone regularlly and consistently all while tracking results with very little effort
Effective and Easy to Taylor to Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create the content we want our user to focus on learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a bit easier to setup a new user and enroll them in the same screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped tremendously with phishing email training. We also have noticed getting work email on cell phones is the biggest culprit so we asked users when in doubt don't click when checking email on the phone. Wait to look it over once at your computer. Then you can hover your mouse over the hyperlink and see more detail. There is no way to hover a mouse over the link on cell phone screen.

The engaging training and practical content has kept our employees both interested and engaged, while increasing their knowledge and the safety of our organization and information security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything. Truly value the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees had been completely unaware of phishing and readily clicking on harmful links and responding to phishing attempts. We were breached on numerous occasions. Our breaches has completely stopped to date and our employees have gotten much more skilled in spotting phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are short, but clear and effective. Through tests and reporting, objective data on improvements can be presented to management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the agent that synchronizes users with active directory, crashes, but we have a rather complicated setup with different domains in different forests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Train users to recognize phishing themselves, avoiding opening malicious emails and avoiding clogging up the IT office with requests for suspicious emails.

What do you like best about the product?
We emphasize that security is a collective responsibility, and we prioritize it from the onset. As part of our new user onboarding process, Security Awareness training is included on day 1, and it's also a mandatory annual requirement. We utilize Knowbe4's training modules, which are engaging, current, and accessible to all staff levels. This valuable resource helps us maintain a secure organization and ensures our employees are well-informed and empowered to contribute to our safety.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping employees up to date of the latest threats and access to the latest tools to combat cybercriminals.
Solid training system that continues to evolve as threats evolve.
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is top notch and usually get back to me with a workable response...even if what I'm trying to do is outside of the systems functionality scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the quizzes used at the end of the modules are not as accurate as they could be or there is ambiguity with the possible answers.

What do you like best about the product?
It stays current and it is broad. It follows best practices that make it easier to align to company policies that reflect ISO, NIST and CMMC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little disjointed. It is not 100% logically laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMMC compliance and user resiliance around cyber threats. Also, with PhishRIP, allows a good dovetail with our existing, overlapping security tools.

What do you like best about the product?
A very good system to bring awareness to end users. Trainings are engaging and comprehensive for everyone. The system also makes it possible where one can put effort to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing special. Just maybe one bit: the reports for who has finished a training or not can sometimes be a bit tricky to get. We sometimes notice that the report says a user did not finish a training but in fact that user has. Probably due to the fact how we did enrolments in the past and the fact that the report need a date periode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets our end users to think about security risks. Also it helps our end users to understand why we implement certain security measures. In fact because of the trainings we were able to fend off two fisching attacks already.
