KnowBe4 Is a Comprehensive Measuring and Training Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 has many options when it comes to learning styles, content, and training, but also gives you the tools to accurately measure your training's impact. With their training guide and suggestions it is easy to work with staff to help them not only prepare for attacks, but to allow them to be able to defend against attacks they have not been trained for since this is not learning by wrote but actual heuristic identification training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of changed account managers. It seems like we keep getting assigned new account managers about once every 4 - 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing user's resistance to cyber attacks of all kinds. Through quality training, we were able to take a company that has a high click-rate on systems to a company that is strong against cyber attacks and phishing attempts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great software platform and I highly recommend taking a good look at it. Run the preliminary phish tests and the system will show just how much training is needed for even the most cyber-aware staffs.
The Absolute Standard
What do you like best about the product?
This is something that a ton of companies offer but none of them are on the level of KnowBe4. KnowBe4 is 100% the standard at which everybody else in this space is measured against... and fails to surpass.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only ONLY reason I couldn't give them a full 10/10 is strictly due to the pricing. They aren't the cheapest option out there. That said, you are 100% getting what you pay for. I've used the free options and I've used a cheaper option... yet here I am happily shelling out the cash to KnowBe4 for their solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users clicking on crap they shouldn't be clicking on. The benefits in this world rife with ransomware, speak for themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, daily security advocate, and effective for all walks of life. My user base has been trained, tested, and made aware of their security responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish all users were required to use the training(s).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a user base that like coupons, recipes, and free items. We have identified and trained these clickers and have provided more training to reduce our IT risks.
A First Class Product
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the entire platform provides a complete tool to support our cyber security and privacy program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many applications in this world some functions initially appear a bit overbuilt for a novice user. For example the variety of reports you can create is extensive and it does take some time to learn how to get exactly what you want. Fortunately, customer support is highly accessible, patient and very knowledgeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the product to compliment our employee training and awareness program. It provides access to an extensive library of well produced training modules. We have only been using the product for just over six months so we have not yet been able to validate through data the results, but anecdotal feedback has been positive.
Great product and helps train the end user
What do you like best about the product?
Product has lots of options, some times to many.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming to set up for end users. This is great if you have time to play around and get very granular, if you don't have the time it still can work, just might be missing some important features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are training our end users and testing them to be sure no one user is clicking on things they should not be.

KnowBe4's tools to help automate simulated phishing campaigns and the PhishER tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like there to be more instructional information on using PhishER and creating rules. I feel like I am not using the tool to its potential.

Raising awareness among employees and getting them to think before they click.

Volume of high quality content - I'm running out after 5 months

Educating against phishing, vishing and USB drops. Realized with high quality content, education is easy, without it, its very difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Quality content served through an intuitive interface. KnowBe4's focus on the custom's success sets the standard of excellence for other service oriented companies to pursue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's efficacy is still entirely dependent on managements ability to value & enforce participation of the product which is not a quality one can attribute to the software. But what if a solution could?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Very high Phish Prone Rate. Benefits: quantifying benchmark to improve upon, Granular data and numerous configuration arrangements allow an administrator numerous methods to tackle their problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When do a cost comparison among vendors you can't count on KnowBe4 being the top dog in which to measure all others.
