Good user experience, poor admin experience

What do you like best about the product?
From a user perspective, the courses are intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the admin side, the site is not efficient. The automated emails are phishy and get reported by our users. Downloading reports doesnt always works. You cant edit all users at once--only up to the 500 per page. Courses/modules show as past-due, but you have to manually extend them for users to still access them. You should be able to originally choose a time period for a campaign to be past due and have it still accessible. The biggest issue I have had for the past two years is user account related--I have an employee who cant access the training, but when I try to assign it, KB4 says they don't exist; When I try to add them, KB4 says they already exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us administor info sec training for a large campus population.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing, rolling out trainings, phishing simulations throughout the organisation and the ability to track the progress effectively. The plethora of usable content available on the KB4 store.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now. The experience has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to effectively rollout trainings and phishing campaigns seamlessly. Doing it via another platform/manually leads to more of a hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep our staff on their toes. They are far more careful about what they click and open now that we use knowbe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish as an admin, I could see the exact email a user failed on instead of a sample of all the emails used in the campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping teach and inform our staff of the proper ways to spot phishing emails and how to report them with the pab.

What do you like best about the product?
We deployed KnowBe4 in 2020 as part of our required security awareness training for SOC2 compliance. In the last 4 years we have tripled our size and KnowBe4 has continued to provide us with the necessary guidance and technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training modules are depricated frequently which requires us to reconfigure campaigns each year. It would be better if knowbe4 had some packaged offerings that already incorporated the training changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deployed KnowBe4 in 2020 as part of our required security awareness training for SOC2 compliance. We also have grown significantly with a diverse user base via mergers and acquisitions. Knowbe4 is helping us align all of our new employees to the same security baseline.

The scope of training available offered is second to none. It has made our monthly training a breeze.

Would be nice to have the ability to host our own training modules to give to customers.

The Gold Standard For Employee Security Awareness Training

What do you like best about the product?
The training campaigns are easy to setup and deploy, user response and performance is simple to track, and the content is appropriate, effective, but not too time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storylines in the season long videos is dragging a little bit and the remedial training videos are quite long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our users vigilant and aware of the phishing and security threats that target our organization and how to defend/avoid them.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has been our go-to for fairly comprehensive cybersecurity and especially anti-phishing training for our employees. Good customer service, nice web tools, good training materials, and very attractive price for what we get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the training modules are high quality, and some of the more specific training for CMMC that we'd like is not present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our employees on security awareness, as a small company we need a product like KnowBe4

With the Knowbe4 tool we have resolved the lack of awareness of our collaborators to avoid cybersecurity risks
