Empowering Our Team with Effective and Engaging Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 stands out for its extensive library of engaging, up-to-date training content and phishing simulations. The platform is intuitive, customizable, and offers excellent reporting features that make it easy to track user progress and risk levels. Our team especially benefits from the real-world phishing templates, which help build genuine awareness and reduce risky behavior. The integration with our systems was seamless, and the customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area for improvement is the interface’s design—it can feel slightly dated in some sections. Also, managing multiple training campaigns simultaneously could be more streamlined. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value the platform delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping us tackle one of the biggest vulnerabilities in cybersecurity: human error. Before implementing the platform, we faced challenges with employees falling for phishing attempts and lacking awareness of security best practices. KnowBe4 addresses this by providing ongoing, realistic training that educates users in a practical and engaging way. As a result, we've seen a measurable decrease in risky behavior, improved compliance with our security policies, and a stronger overall security culture across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an intuitive, affordable security awareness platform that delivers serious value. The training is top-notch, support is consistently reliable, and their annual user conference is the best I've ever attended. A must-have for any institution committed to strengthening its security culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform excels across the board, there’s always room for small improvements, such as even more customization options or deeper reporting metrics. KnowBe4 has an active community forum that is accepting of ideas and they actively work towards improving the platform based on direct customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KSAT is beneficial in not only security awareness training, but the AIDA add-on allows for proprietary policy ingestion and quiz generation to satisfy annual policy acceptances.

I’ve been in IT for a long time, and I can confidently say this infosec training platform stands out from the crowd. It’s incredibly intuitive and versatile, making it easy to tailor learning to real-world needs. The pricing is refreshingly affordable without compromising quality. What truly sets it apart, though, is the support community—active, knowledgeable, and always willing to help—and the user conference, which is hands-down the best I’ve ever attended. A must-have resource for any serious organization looking to take information security awareness seriously.

Initial platform support will be via email mainly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides another way to bring about security awareness while keeping it fun. The AIDA add-on allows for policy quizzes as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Content by domains and the strategy for developing information security education, reports and custom phishing test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customized reports and advance communication of configuration changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The awareness level increased by 25%, reaching 90% in identifying security risks.
User security awareness has increased ten fold!
What do you like best about the product?
The console is very easy to navigate and their is a great amount of content to choose from. If you are struggling to find relevant content KB4 has content specialists that can make recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see some more granularity and control over the experience for USB Attack Campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a substantial increase in security awareness in our employees. This is incredibly beneficial when your traditional email security fails and the end users need to make a call. Without KnowBe4's incredible training content we would be in a very different position then we are today.
Best cybersecurity awareness training for the employees
What do you like best about the product?
The improvement in phish prone percentage of users has been tremendous ever since we started using knowbe4. We went from over 50% down to almost 0%. The best part is that user are really careful and when in doubt forward questionable emails to IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an amazing product with no negatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 provides awareness training to our employees which in turn helps to keep our organization safe
I've had experience with several SAT platforms and KnowBe4 is the best!

The wide range of training modules available and the simulated phishing attacks where I can create my own attack specific to my most critical users.

I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Raising awareness has always been my goal. KnowBe4 provides educational and entertaining training that engages the user and helps grow their awareness.
Amazing Product and Support!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the content, the overall ease of the product as well as the relevant data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much we dislike. The product works very well. The only small issue would be the physical USB tests could use some enhancements.

Nothing.
Entertaining, efficient, and great support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using KnowBe4 for a few years to manage approximately 3000 users. They are constantly adding new content, updating existing content, and considering user feedback via the KnowBe4 community to improve the platform. I like that the training material is straightforward, and that they have a very large library from which to draw a variety of training materials to keep things fresh and varied for a wide audience. It's nice to be able to send out a training that I know isn't going to bore people to death, and the reporting and information available for all users is excellent. The automated features for setting up groups and training save time, and when I get stuck or have questions the support team is attentive, our account manager is friendly and has a wealth of resources, and the knowledge base is extensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish a few more of the features that are in some of the add-ons were available in our subscription, but I understand these things take additional development and support! When we do run into issues with a product we can see that they're actively working to improve it, and the fix always comes along eventually.

We're able to use KnowBe4 to send out simulated phishing emails to help our associates practice, run training programs, and evaluate current levels of security.
Excellent training
What do you like best about the product?
It goes over many types of scams/phishing and prepares the user for identifying and dealing with dangerous emails. They have a lot of test campaigns that cover a variety of possible scam interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can only do fake phishing emails, eventually someday it needs to be able to do callback training and long-con scam training.

It helps get the whole company trained to identify and avoid phishing scams.
