Great Security Awareness training platform
What do you like best about the product?
The custom reports and ability to customize phishing tests
What do you dislike about the product?
They often get blocked by Microsoft which cause numbers to not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send targeted campaigns and training to users based on their roles.
Best Engaging Content
What do you like best about the product?
This has been the most engaging software that we have used to date. The short duration of the trainings make it easier for our busy employees to complete, and on the go if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
After one year of using this software, I can't find any real drawbacks yet. We have had the highest participation rates then previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to meet compliance and keep all of our employees updated and educated which keeps our issues to a minimum.
Engaging and Effective Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes security awareness training easy and engaging. The platform is user-friendly, the training modules are interactive, and the phishing simulations help reinforce best practices. It’s a great way to educate employees and reduce security risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The KnowBe4 Admin console could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing best practices for security and helping our team members stay informed and vigilant on the latest cyber threats and risks.
Great learning tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to give users training on what issues are out there and to help them avoid the pitfalls.

I would say the knowledge on my part not knowing what all knowbe4 has to offer.

Makes our college more aware of what current threats are and what to watch out for.
Funny, Insightful and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings inside the KnowBe4 pltform are of such a wide variety that any user can and will find good infomration from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the coolest ones have a British accent and can be harder to understand.

The KnowBe4 Security Awarenss Training has allowed us to elevate the program with relevant training for the ever changing cyber threat landscape.

The phish alert button is not connected to a mananged service offering.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping our organization to meet the challenges of the ever changing cyber security threat landscape with new and numerous media types to keep the trainings fresh and drive engamement in various ways.

The training has interactive content, videos and quizzes, allows our organizations to send simulated phishing attacks to employees, has extensive library of content, data driven users risk scores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repetitive content and customization limitations.

KnowBe4 trains employees to identify and report suspicious emails through simulated phishing campaigns and awareness training and reduces the likelihood of successful phishing attacks and strengthens the organization's first line of defense.

Reports with analytics are limited in their customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple IT Security Audit require our company to conduct a continous training to all our employees. KB4 is a great platfrom from that perspective with a great range of training modules, multiple configurations to automate the training process .
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I feel like the phishing simulations are like real phishing emails. Often people in the organization I work for gets fooled be these phishing emails. The effort to get the simulation setup is not much therefore it is easy to use and manageable. The training is also very interactive and keeps our users engaged. If help is needed the KnowBe4 support team is always reachable and ready to help. The is good tracking metrics also on the KnowBe4 platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Best the emails are automated and sometimes adjust to users behaviour some users say that they get too many phishing emails. Personally I don't really have any complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Security Awareness of users is what is being solved for us. Our users are a lot more deligent about security and when they are in doubt they verify especially on phishing emails.
Excellent product that enhances our corporate compliance and security training
What do you like best about the product?
You can pick out the modules of interest and tailer to the organization. We have HR, Security, IT and Compliance review the library yearly and pick out the trainings for the month. We plan out training calendar for the year. If there is any new content that is released throughout the year, we may add it as an ad hoc training. Also, the app makes it easy for users to take their training "on-the-go".
What do you dislike about the product?
The library takes time to go through because there is so much content but that is a good thing actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating training content that is interesting and can deliver the messsage in short bursts.
