Best Security Bang for your Buck
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and you can be up and running in no time. Reporting is easy. Training is impressive and effective. Support is outstanding. Absolutely recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot think of any downsides. This is a superior offering at a reasonable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End users are the weakest link in the chain. The prevalence of phishing attacks is exploiting this fact. Why pick the lock when (or even kick in the door) when you can get the occupant to invite you in? Our end user's security posture has increased greatly and they feel empowered with their new knowledge.
Education is the best protection against phishing
What do you like best about the product?
Users believe that emails are authentic even when their best instincts tell them otherwise. Training your users to avoid common phishing attacks is easy. But the attacks are getting more subtle and sophisticated. I also appreciate the informational e-blasts on new attacks. No better way to avoid the temptation than to get out in front of it and warn our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other training tool, it takes discipline to create a schedule for internal "phishing" simulations and then follow-up with training. Maybe a scheduling tool for our IT team would help with this function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our end users vigilant to potential phishing is supported by KnowBe4. And being proactive with warnings and training.
Great resources for employee security training
What do you like best about the product?
Lost of content for ongoing security training. Also includes training for non-security issues like HR and compliance. Phish testing tools work well to train employees and spot employees who need more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content can get repetitive but their are only so many security related topics to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a an email breach before using knowbe4. Our users are now much more aware of phishing scams and more proactive when dealing with email.
Fabulous tool to educate your users on cybersecurity and how to recognize malicious emails
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - I set up a phishing campaign every month using random emails. The test emails prepared by knowbe4 are excellent! I send out only 4 and 5 star difficulty test emails and are users have really learned how to spot red flags in emails. They are constantly upgrading their training videos as well (super high quality videos that encourage our users to pay attention and learn!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike with this product - it's easy to use and their support is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gone from a 7.5 phishing percentage down to .9% last month. This means are users are protecting our data by recognizing malicious intent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! Your worry about ransomware will almost vanish once you start educating your users!

What do you like best about the product?
THE PRICE11 PLUS - KnowBe4 gives me my time back - I do not spend my time creating content nor do I spend my time presenting the content, it is a TIME-SAVER!!! I do not have to do any in person make-up sessions. I feel my end-users are deaf to my voice but when they see how a pineapple works - it becomes very real to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can get overwhelmed looking at all the content in the store!! :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditors and examiners love that we use KnowBe4. It's makes a training record request simple to give to them, just log in and pull the records.

Go through the assessment, create a plan, stick with the plan.
Easiest implementation ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I've overseen a lot of software implementations, but none as easy as KnowBe4. Truth be told, I cringed when I was told that for regulatory reasons we really need a third-party phishing test/training platform for our very small business, expecting it to be expensive and cumbersome, but KnowBe4 is neither. Pricing is very reasonable and manageable even for my small business and they make it so easy. They call me once a quarter or so, and we spend 15 minutes on the phone while they walk me through exactly what I ought to do to keep my program moving. I don't have to do anything thinking, I don't have to waste mind-share. I don't have to remember to check up on things. I really appreciate it!

There is really nothing to dislike at this time. It couldn't have been easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a regulated business and need a third party cybersecurity program. We are so small that most programs simply didn't make sense for us. KnowBe4 was easy for us both in terms of pricing and time requried to implement and use.
It's all about the people
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about KnowBe4 is that they get the facts right. They inform my users in an efficient, technically accurate manner. Also, I like how easy it is to create phishing campaigns and manage training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced some bugs with campaigns that made me feel like maybe they don't test things enough. While support got back to me quickly, they knew little about the development process or technical details as to what would cause the issues.
I wish I could integrate authentication with my AD.
It would be nice if the training videos were changed more on an annual basis. The training videos can get very repetitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is my solution to security awareness training, getting users to think before they click. I am pretty sure I would have had a breech by now if it weren't for Knowbe4.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get started as soon as possible! Hackers are nearly a thing of the past, today it's all about manipulating users. Inform them and give them the tools to spot the trickery!
Great way to train and test employees on security
What do you like best about the product?
The numerous ways you can test and train your employees on phishing, vhishing, travel security etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about KnowBe4. We don't have any issues

Employees are now always making sure that suspicious emails are really coming from the person listed.
Traveling employees are keeping their laptops up to date and not connecting to public wifi.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is outstanding and they continue to add and improve their service offerings. They always seem to be on top of the most current threats out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if they allowed our subscription to cover an unlimited number of users so I didn't have to leave out some clerical staff or other associates due to cost.

GREAT idea! No matter the size of your company!
What do you like best about the product?
My on-boarding process with my rep was flawless, he walked me through everything so clearly and I was able to keep up my training and campaigns on my own with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any. Before I instituted our KB4 training, there was no phishing training at all in my company. I get thanked about once a week by someone for putting this into place and opening people's eyes to what is out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The folks at my company get a lot of emails, and before KB4, they weren't being vigilant to not click on things. This has opened their eyes and they are thankful for it.
