KnowBe4 is great!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the platform and the automated phishing emails to keep all employees on their toes as often as needed. This subscription is very affordable for companies with 20 employees or less.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say, I do not dislike anything regarding KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have determined our employees rarely click on phishing emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very affordable subscription to keep employees on their toes with it comes to phishing emails. Very easy to use and can make training/phishing emails automated based on each companies needs. Every time a phishing email is sent out, results are sent in a email versus having to log in to view.

What do you like best about the product?
The simulated phishing tests, the access to a wealth of superb training materials, and Phish ER.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. The value and ROI is great. They do what they are supposed to do and they do it very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our entire company on becoming more aware of the risks posed by phishing and malicious emails. How to spot those and how to report them properly. We have seen our phish prone number go from a very high percentage (over 30%) to 1-2% per quarterly test.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is great and the product will do what you need it to and more. Though, make sure you have complete support and buy-in from executives and leadership at your company. There needs to be support from them and policy supporting it, to make it truly effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 provide a lot of information to protect the company in running their business.
The feature give a lot of information for every user to know more about security in IT industry, especially in their daily job, like receiving email, phone call, etc, they will know more about SPAM, Malware, DOS, Virus, fraud call, etc. So staff who do not have knowledge about it, they will aware. If they receive email, they can decide whether the email is SPAM or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don not have any dislike from Knowbe4 feature.
May be the 1st time when we want to install some of the feature, it take some time for us, but luckily they have a good customer services who can help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important is the SPAM email, some time for old staff that don not have any knowledge about IT, they will automatically open the unsecured email, but after they do the training with knowbe4, now they are more aware, some time they still check with me the IT staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Knowbe 4 can add more training lesson, may be every week or month, so we can regularly have our training.
The more training the company do, the more knowledge the staff have.
So it will be more secure for the business it self.
Because most of the virus or spam, came from the employee who don't have any knowledge about it. They just anyhow open the email that they received, without think about it.

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing tests and regular updates on trending exploits.
What do you dislike about the product?
For companies that have been with KnowBe4 for long, the training interface could be more user friendly when onboarding new employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees are on high alert for phishing emails and have a better appreciation for safeguarding all company data. Through KnowBe4 and its training, they have a better understanding of how attackers work and how even a simple comment online could be used against us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review the KnowBe4 site. Make use of their free tools when able.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an efficive educational tool for all users
What do you dislike about the product?
Web interface is a bit clunky and not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essential piece of our Security layers. Our users are much less likely to be fooled via social engineering threat tactics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every organization with users that open a web browser or use email needs this!!!

What do you like best about the product?
To initially setup everything on your is not easy, but their account managers will very patiently help you set all your options quickly and painlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the system, but it does require you to check on things regularly to see who's clicking, who's not completing courses, etc. It can be done fairly quickly, but it is one more thing to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a lot of users who would fall for even the most simple phishing scams; we've lowered our rate of 'clickers' significantly.

Great Teaching Tool and More!

What do you like best about the product?
We have been a KnowBe4 customer from almost their beginning and they listen to what their customers want and need and they deliver. Great customer service and support. They are always evolving and have new content and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the reporting be easier to use for monthly board reports. They do have a new reporting tab that I am not very familiar with yet. If I took the time to contact my rep he would help me but sometimes it would be easier for me if it was a smaller learning curve. I would like there to be a place where I could keep all training from being skipped through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My end users are learning not to be so click happy and to slow down and think. The training benefits them in their work and personal lives and we cannot afford not to train people in today's technology, good and bad.

KnowBe4 is an easily configurable, user friendly tool to train your users

We phish and vhish our users on a regular basis. Videos are great for training and multiple topics and user levels to choose from. Posters are very helpful as reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
Phishing and training campaigns are extremely easy to set up. Onboarding sppecialist has been very helpful. There is plenty of online help available as well. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing we have run across in KnowBe4 that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working at better educating our user community about suspicious email. Our baseline test with knowbe4 proved that we have a way to go, but the available training is helping us bring our risk score down.

Education is the best defense

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has great educational videos that help our team avoid being victims of the latest phishing and spear-phishing attacks. Kevin has a great deal of experience and shows how the bad guys can mimic known contacts. It makes you think before clicking on anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but we do receive a lot of extra emails asking for additional training programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even after initial training, we've had some users click on phishing emails. In today's environment, you can't be too careful. High profile CEO fraud and other attacks are prevalent.

Do it! You are receiving a great product.
