A great way to train users without having to be the face for IT.

What do you like best about the product?
It runs in the background while I complete the numerous other daily tasks I have. It's one less thing to worry about, but it's super important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of alerts I receive is a bit much, but I'm sure that's something I haven't had the time to investigate (user-error).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's alerting users to phishing emails and has already made a difference in how many users are reporting emails.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's security awareness training is a force multiplier. It allows a small team to streamline and automate security training requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the organization, the cost can be prohibitive (e.g. you have thousands for "front line" users)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us maintain compliance with our onboarding and annual training requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the training that KnowBe4 offers is easy to use and very informative for my users. And the content stays fresh and relevant. There is also a great variety of training types to suit different learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find the specific content I am looking for. And sharing it with other team members for review requires creating a test training campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our problem for required annual training.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos and trainings have already been created for us so it allows us to easily parent up to date and relevant content to our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently haven't encounter any problems with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our employees up to date on their security training and helping them to understand the dangers in new software and processes.

The October month content was great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app should be a bit easier to sign into, perhaps add an MFA option so they don't have to log into work first, before being able to download the app?

More recent content so I don't duplicate training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge awareness that users can also use at home as well.. looking for red flags.

What do you like best about the product?
The real world examples and real life videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most our done in a Bristh accent and some seems to be too playful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any issues right now, bur I do like to be able to call support when I do. They have always been very helpful.

I like the fileds setup for easy training deployment, Multiple training templates to select, notifications templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Machine learning for PhishEr could be more effective. As of now threshold of ML and meeting expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
we are using KB4 platform since 1 year and I like to use this platform for user awareness programs basis and as well phishing email analysis with ML auto responses are saving my lot of business hours in a while. Implementation was easy and wonderful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel that, selecting the languages within the content would be great helpful instead of changing at profile section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to work and assign trainings what users required. Modstore have much developed content which understand our users easily about security threats.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers remarkable power for its price point. Its training capabilities are impressive, and the reports it generates are highly useful. The Smartgroup feature stands out as a potent tool that aids organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some fine tuning on some items especially in the training section but requests for improvements are often taken into account and modifications come quick.
