What do you like best about the product?
Breadth of training and ease of delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training can only go through a single level of escalation (to the supervisor). I've asked in multiple years now for at least one or two additional levels be added, but nothing. This causes me a major headache every time we do annual training. I have to manually dump the list of incompletes, filter then by department, college, and division depending on which level I am sending notifications to and then copy and paste the lists into emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides State of Texas certified training. Compliance.

Easy to complete and convenient to locate the training.

Some videos are in the Kings english and not standard english.

What do you like best about the product?
The training comes in relatively short modules to help users learn in manageable chunks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training is too American, usually in the sense that it talks about people getting fired for making mistakes, which simply is not how things work in my country. This causes a lot of worry among our users, and we have to do a lot of separate explainging how things are different from the training to how things work here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is educating our users about dangers in the current digital world and how to minimize the dangers. Hopefully this is reducing the liklihood that we get attacked.

The personalized content provided by KnowBe4 builds interest in learning more about security trends. We've observed a high consumption rate of security content, indicating the positive impact of KnowBe4 training on our workforce.

What needs improvement?

Enhancing the product's emotional intelligence, particularly by providing training content tailored to specific audiences, is an area for improvement. This could be achieved through systems integration with machine learning, which analyzes user behavior and click patterns. By leveraging this data, the tool could suggest targeted training topics or content to individuals based on their unique interactions and behaviors.

We previously used a different solution, and the primary reason for switching was the cost. One of the distinct advantages of KnowBe4 is its ease of customization and administration.

The initial setup is straightforward. Depending on the expertise, one executive may be required to work on deployment. Additionally, it is a low-maintenance product. I rate the process a nine out of ten.

Based on the latest report, KnowBe4's ROI is positive, indicating that the investment in the platform yields benefits that outweigh the costs. Specifically, it helps save costs by providing specific security training for IT administrators, reducing the need for external training expenses. What do you like best about the product?
The training courses give a good overview of the potential threats that come from a variety of sources such as e-mail, texting, and web habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The courses do seem to be repetitive from year to year. They are updated to an extent, but sometimes you feel that it's the same thing over and over again without much variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been ransomed in the past and believe that it was caused by someone clicking on a bad e-mail. KB4 brings awareness for better personal habits regarding unsolicited e-mails and web browsing.

I like how simple the KnowBe4 console is to configure and use. I also like how ttentive the company is and how helpful their reps are.

I wish KnowBe4 would make more of their content customizable. I also wish it woul dbe easier to create and upload custom modules.
